5점까지만 줄 수 있어서 아쉬울 정도로 완벽했던 호텔입니다! 한국인 후기가 없어서 조금 걱정했는데, 너무 친절한 직원들과 서비스 덕분에 그라나다에서 근사한 시간을 보낼 수 있었어요 호텔 도착시간에 맞춰 방도 준비해줘서 편하게 쉬었고 웰컴 까바랑 간식, 객실에 놓여진 꽃까지 완전 감동😍 스파하면서 여행의 피로도 풀 수 있었고, 조식, 루프탑바, 야외 카페 모두 좋았습니다 대성당 근처라 위치도 괜찮아요 그라나다에 오면 꼭 세다 클럽에 묵으시길!

很棒 早餐也很好

超有儀式感的酒店，剛訂完就發來郵件詢問各種需求和喜好，到了之後有一位前台帥哥拿出地圖非常詳細地介紹了參觀遊覽線路，我們英語不好但竟然都聽懂了。 房間佈置得非常有格調，每天會送火腿水果之類的。洗簌用品歐舒丹，吹風機是戴森。早餐是單獨點的，雖增加了儀式感，但對於我們這種外語不好又性格內向的遊客來説，反而增加了不少壓力。 入住要求的按金比較多，但退回也非常及時。整體挺好。意外發現酒店旁邊有一家溫州美女老闆開的餐館和飲品店，非常不錯，連吃多餐。

We had a wonderful stay at Seda Club Hotel Granada. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out — Laura and Chillia (sorry I forgot the pronouncation) at reception were warm, welcoming, and very professional both check in and check out. The bar and breakfast team made our visit a pleasure, and the gentleman who helped with my luggage was equally attentive and professional. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a stunning interior that feels both stylish and comfortable. Amenities are thoughtfully provided and of excellent quality, adding to the overall experience. I also have to mention that they make an outstanding Negroni at the bar — definitely one of the best I’ve had! Please do check out their stairs. Overall, Seda Club Hotel Granada combines top-notch service with elegant design and great hospitality. Highly recommended.

地點：位於格拉納達的Downtown，出門去大教堂、阿爾罕布拉宮步行都是10-15分鐘，周邊有很多當地餐廳可供選擇。 服務：這是西班牙旅程中唯一一家主動聯繫我，並詢問旅程安排的，根據抵達時間提前安排了房間，無需等待；並且推薦了阿爾罕布拉宮的導遊和洞穴弗朗明戈舞演出，幫忙預訂後可以統一在酒店Checkout時結賬，非常方便。值得一提的是導遊Jesus Gutierrez Aparicio非常優秀，英文講解，由於他自己是當地人，所以分享了很多格拉納達的故事。出行可以讓酒店幫忙叫出租/預訂去機場等等。 房間：訂的帶Patio小露台的房間，對男士很方便…房間空間合適，可以攤下兩個大箱子，房間裝飾很有特色。還有贈送的1小時SPA，需要提前預約，這個一般般，水溫不夠熱。Massage是和外面的按摩師合作，所以也需要提前預訂。 早餐：早餐樣式選擇挺多的，很喜歡Benedict，早上如果有行程建議在酒店吃，西班牙很多餐廳開門得晚。

酒店確實非常贊！ 但假如不著急預訂 可以等臨近時間，因為我提前一個約定是3700單早，當天我看了下是3200雙早，我明天一早還得補205元的早餐！ 國內的酒店還可以給link 凱悅會員回回血，歐洲完全非常staben啊

We spent four unforgettable days and three nights at the Seda Club Hotel in Granada. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with Ms. Martha providing a warm and welcoming reception that instantly made us feel at home. The personalized check-in process with Martha was exceptional, complete with a welcome drink and detailed information about the hotel's offerings and local attractions. Her kindness, patience, and respectful demeanor left a lasting impression. The breakfast crew, particularly Rafael, were outstanding. Despite attending to multiple tables, Rafael provided swift and efficient service. We also appreciated his exceptional service during dinner on one of the evenings. Special mentions go to Pablo, who provided excellent service on our departure day, and Imma, who made our checkout process smooth and warm. The concierge team, who assisted us with our bags and escorted us to the taxi, were also noteworthy. The staff at Seda Club Hotel truly made our stay special. Our beautifully decorated hotel room showcased evident thought and attention to detail in its design. Every corner of the room featured fine touches and small details that added to its charm. One minor suggestion for improvement: the coffee and kettle cabinet was slightly cramped, and we were concerned that the steam from boiling water might affect the glass shelves and surrounding food. Overall, our stay at the Seda Club Hotel was truly memorable, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional service and accommodations in Granada.

離店後發現按金沒有退回，直接扣了200歐，聯繫他們説損壞了吹風機，説了沒有摔到，用的也好的，我們沒有損壞，但他們堅持是我們損壞了吹風機，我也沒有收到圖片或者視頻，連哪個房間的也沒有告知，而且是200歐全扣

整個酒店本來可以打96分的，但早餐的眼鏡“黑公主”服務員估計是來酒店給人教英語的，本以為是我英語差到説不清watermelon，直到後面桌一對白人情侶口音很英式口音的跟服務員説要mint tea，“眼鏡黑公主”依舊是疑惑 不確定 重複 到恍然大悟然後自己發出 oh mint然後昂首挺胸而去！！！！！！！酒店除了“黑公主”以外其他服務員滿分！酒店位置也很好，不行到哪都方便。中國人入住不少，早餐一半是中國人。房間靠牆的小椅子需要小心坐，我有在房間整個人後腦勺朝下摔下去。
