4星的美利亞，套房小小的，但是分區清晰～居然有行政酒廊～可以遠眺阿工～方便隨時回酒店補充能量～早餐也在行政酒廊，自助可選的東西不是，但是桌上的二維碼可以單點～瞬間又幸福了～位置非常好～樓下就是各種餐廳酒吧～去景點都可以步行～一早去阿宮大概走20分鐘（不過這段路大多都是上坡，有點累的）服務挺好～工作人員都很熱情～夜房會送巧克力😁

衞生：很乾凈，房間很精緻設施：酒店新開，都很新環境：周圍就是古城，特別方便參觀，直接打車上去阿宮，回來時候走路下來，沿途好多景點

應該是此次出行最棒的酒店了，到的當天是安達盧西亞的五月節，非常熱鬧，酒店行政酒廊的早餐有隱藏菜單，可以掃碼點。阿爾罕布拉宮真的讓人很震撼，需要提前兩個月預約的納斯瑞德皇宮更是其藝術精華所在。

If you are just looking for new and clean, the hotel is ok. But if you are looking for something exclusive, then don’t waste your money! I have booked the Level premium room with Terrace, but the room was facing the back alley (instead of city view as described). The check in of the level rooms was on the top floor (level floor) but my room was not on the level floor! One of the 2 lifts was not working.

Our reservation was for one night only because we have another reservation in another hotel. But for one night stay we have seen enough. They provide only 2 bottles of water (300 ml) for a day !! When we asked for another bottle they refused ! 😅 we’ve never faced something like this before ! We also forgot a phone charger in the room and called the hotel after maybe 6 hours of checkout and they asked us to call them again tomorrow. The next day we were crossing near the hotel and thought to go inside and asked and there was a woman in the reception who was not polite when talked to us !! I mean it is just 80$ charger it’s not a big deal !! If we were not close to the hotel we wouldn’t even bother. but to treat customers like this !! It’s really beyond expected !

If you don’t want to ruin your mood during your 訂房網站, don’t stay here. I chose several Meliá hotels during my Spain 訂房網站 to experience a trusted Spanish brand. But after staying here, I canceled all my other Meliá bookings. The reason was simple — the reception was shockingly rude, especially a staff member named Elda. Everything else about the hotel was fine. The rooms were clean, the lounge was great, and the location was convenient. But the reception completely ruined the experience. Elda never greeted me. She didn’t confirm my booking details or explain anything about the room or hotel services. The first thing she said was that I needed to provide another credit card if I wanted to check in. Only after I asked did she mention it was for a deposit. Afterward, I checked Google reviews and saw that this issue has been mentioned for years, yet nothing has changed. It’s disappointing because all other staff members were kind and professional — except the reception. ⸻ Pros • Modern, newly renovated rooms • Great lounge with nice views, food, and service • Within walking distance of main attractions • Close to the airport bus stop Cons • Rude and unwelcoming reception staff • Poor soundproofing — earplugs recommended at night

Clean, friendly with amazing location to stay in Granada. The room was nicely remodeled and it was very clean. Staff were very friendly too. I would highly recommend my friends who wants to visit Granada :)

全程最喜歡的酒店，房間大也乾淨，露台房在6樓辦理入住，還可以喝小酒看阿宮。但是，露台房的景觀不是阿宮的景觀，這和圖片不一樣，看的是街道，週末當地人喝酒至少到3點，略吵。另外就是早餐和這個酒店定位不相符，選擇太少了。儘管如此，還是愛這個酒店的~
