Nice and clean hotel.
Be aware if you walking the hotel is on the hill.
The room is modern, a bit small, there is a beautiful view from small balcony on Alhambra.
호텔 위치는 너무 좋았습니다 도보로 이동하기 참 편리했어요 객실은 402호로 배정 받았는데 1.2호는 로비에서 가장 안쪽에 위치한 별도 엘리베이터로 3층에 올라가 다시 1층을 가파른 계단으로 올라가야만 했습니다 ㅠㅠ 로비 직원과 원활한 소통이 되지 않아 로비에서 캐리어 이고 지고 반층을 내려가고 난리도 아녔네요.. 로비에서 불과 열걸음 남짓인데 직접 알려주시지 ㅠㅠ 안내가 미흡했다고 생각해요 그리고 2박 머무는 동안 너무 추웠습니다.. 실내와 실외 온도차로 창문에 물이 계속 고였고 웃공기가 너무 차서 잠을 설쳤어요 화장실도 너무 추워서 새벽에 화장실 갈때면 오들오들 떨었습니다 반면 수압은 강해서 뜨신물 잘 나옵니다 알함브라 뷰는 아니었지만 객실 밖 중정? 테라스 흡연 구역 잠깐 나가서 성당 뷰 정도는 볼수 있었어요

The hotel was in a very central location and we found it easy to walk to the main attractions. We had booked two rooms and the room my son was given was already occupied and he went to reception to explain this error and then the second room he was offered already had suitcases in it.
However, when we arrived, the hotel had closed their restaurants (at 16:00) and were not serving any food. This was because it was Christmas Eve and unknown to us most restaurants in Granada had already closed for the day. The bar and restaurant was open, but only for drinks. We ordered a few drinks and asked about room service but was told the kitchen was closed. We brought in our own food from a takeaway place close by as a last resort as we had driven from Malaga and were hungry.
We were met with abruptness about hotel rules not allowing other food into their premises, despite them not being able to offer their own food service. We then were spoken to by the hotel manager (Conchita) who was shouting, waving her arms around and creating quite a scene. It transpired that she was having a private party in the restaurant roof top bar and was more keen to return to her party than speak with respect to hotel guests. No apology was offered when my son mentioned the multiple errors in checking in.
In short, the other staff did their jobs well and it was a great hotel in terms of location, but the way we were spoken to by hotel management was very unprofessional and rude. Would not return or recommend due to this reason.
Also in the following four days we were told no drinks or coffee served after 9.30pm. My husband had wanted a coffee and brandy as a nightcap one night after eating out in fabulous restaurants in Granada.and they refused. However we saw others arriving later than us and being served.
