我們定的房間很大，有桌子椅子還有一個小沙發，窗戶是內窗所以衹能看到對面的房間，沒有打開窗簾的必要。床頭有不少灰塵，衞生間反味很濃（很臭）衞生可以加強一些。酒店早餐不錯可選擇的很多，聖誕氣氛很濃。就在火車站裡麵還是很推薦作為出差選擇的

Pro Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, very high standard service by the staff clearly well trained in hospitality service. Staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Shout out to Victoria who welcomed us upon our arrival and made our check in process a pleasure. She even let us in earlier than usual check in time as our room were ready early. Vey comfortable bed, nice ambient lighting. Good space with sofa and a few small table. Perfect location in the Central station on the first and second floor, so you can just jump from the hotel corridor to be on the ground floor (seriously, don't do this, just take the lift or escalator like a normal sane person:)) Not noisy at all in my room despite next to the train stop. Very well design sound proof room. Breakfast buffet was amazing, good rang of options even for someone like my family that only eat Halal food - various vegetarians and eggs suitable food. Luggage storage free of charge before check in or after checking out to help you enjoy Gothenburg without the need to carry your extra tonne of luggages. Sauna and gym are also available for the customers. Cons None really, for the price tag I think the hotel is perfect.

Hyatt Place Gothenburg Central just exceeded my expectations! From the perfect location to the spotless cleanliness, excellent service, and thoughtful amenities — I couldn’t rate it less than 5. Everything was so well maintained. The room was modern, comfortable, and quiet, with a beautiful view. Breakfast had a great variety, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome. It’s one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gothenburg.

非常推薦！酒店地址就在火車站裡麵。酒店位置絕佳，很適合出行，而且早餐很棒，如果遠離高峰期去用餐比較好，有很多食材供選擇。

The hotel is clean, nice and at a very good location, just next to the train and bus station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with multiple choice to choose. We love that and will come back soon

This was the most convenient hotel we experienced on our 訂房網站 abroad, as it is located right above the central train station. Don’t look any further. The staff were nice and accommodating, offering a room upgrade and access to a storage room for our luggage when we arrived early. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of local foods and ingredients, including vegan options. The room was spacious and provided plenty of space, including a bathtub.

If you book this hotel, please request a high floor, because right now the hotel seems to have a class system. At first, I was assigned to room 331 to celebrate my birthday, but they gave me a fantastic present, where the washbasin had cracks, the shower was very dirty and dripping, and although I booked a 訂房網站le room, they gave me only a cushion to use as a pillow. The hotel did not provide free water. I asked to change rooms, but it felt like they considered me troublesome for requesting a higher floor. I don’t feel that this is a Hyatt standard and very disappointed with staying at HYATT.
