One of the hotel staff is quite rude and doesn't even offer a simple smile to the guests. The room smells funny and the floor has constant sand falling from the ceiling. The sand from the ceiling falls to the beds too. Can you imagine how uncomfortable it is to sleep having sand falling to your face?!! I don't think other Cave Hotel in Goreme will have constant sand falling off the ceiling. The only decent thing about this hotel is its breakfast. Otherwise please look for a different Cave Hotel if u plan to come to Cappadocia.

위치는 번화가에서 조금 걸어야하긴 합니다. 그러나 버스정류장에서 매우 가깝기때문에 교통편이 편한편입니다. 서비스는 대체로 만족합니다. 깨끗하고 방도 매우 따뜻했습니다. 다만 샤워기가 살짝 터져 있었습니다. 그외에는 매우 만족합니다. 다음에 괴레메로 다시 오게되면 다시 오고싶어요.

What a fabulous little hotel. Beautifully presented in line with the theme of the Cappadocia area. The rooftop area has a wonderful view of the town and the staff were more than helpful. The breakfast each morning, which was included in the price, was just fabulous.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was strategic and convenient. Will definitely stay again with the hotel if revisiting cappadocia.

Booked it thinking it was a cave hotel, it’s a man made one. Misleading. Right off the main road, would have preferred to be on the hill (quieter). Breakfast was atrocious, no need to elaborate further. Hotel staff was not friendly nor helpful at all. Without using it, our bath was leaking non-stop all over the floor and they didn’t fix it. Paid for laundry, came back crumpled up and wet. What a joke. Pool is also nasty. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything.
