Not worth the price paid for it. Small room, musty moldy smell, but I guess that’s what staying in a “cave” room is supposed to be like? Other things that were surprising was dirt falling from the ceiling so if you don’t mind sleeping and waking up with that on your mattress and sometimes on your face than ok. Not much of an experience. Regular room without “cave” environment probably better.

We are here for 3 night stay. First night we uncounted the jazucci was not working well, metal ring fall out. The toilet roll holder also fall off. The bed frame a bit funny, we can knock on bed frame if we not watching and it cause hurt. After feedback, they fix the defect. The breakfast not bad, variety of food. The room is not that big 3 of us squeeze in one king bed. Well the location is near town and amenities.

雰囲気や立地がとても良かった。サービスに関しては可もなく不可もなくという感じ。あまりスタッフと関わる機會もないですが、フレンドリーな雰囲気を期待して行ったので微妙でした。朝食は種類が豊富で有難かった。

1. Good location with restaurants and BIM supermarket nearby 2. Helpful front desk staff who help with last minute requests too. 3. Cave ambience 4. Large terrace from where balloons can be watched (on days when own flight not scheduled) 5. Good breakfast spread

Great hotel in Cappadocia with morning breakfast at roof top that can see a magnificent view of balloon sea during morning sunrise. Good staff support and have all essential amenities, and could arrange various local tours. Close to many shops and restaurants.

Wir hatten 3 Zimmer für 5 Tage gebucht. Leider waren alle gebuchten Zimmer (3) nicht sauber. Insbesondere das Hotelzimmer 508 war eine absolute Katastrophe: Das Badezimmer war komplett verschimmelt, die Luft im Zimmer war unter anderem dadurch nicht aus zu halten. Obwohl dies mehrmals an der Rezeption bemängelt wurde, wurde darauf nicht reagiert und auch kein Entgegenkommen gezeigt. Uns wurde zudem mitgeteilt dass man nichts machen kann für die gebuchten 5 Tage. Am Anreisetag haben wir uns dann eine andere Unterkunft gesucht . Wir können niemanden diese Unterkunft empfehlen.

とても清潔で、広くて、洞窟の雰囲気があり素晴らしかったです！ひとつ、ドライヤーが2.3分で切れてしまい、すこし時間をおくとまた使えるような狀態でした。おそらく壽命？　それ以外は完璧です！スーパーも近くにあり、ルームサービスもあります。タクシーは15ユーロで始発便の飛行機のために予約しました。朝ご飯はチェックインのときに頼んだら、パックにパンとりんごとジュースをいれて渡してくれました。絨毯のエリアはは思ったよりゴージャスさには欠けるけど、気球もみえます！おすすめです！！
