I book this hotel from make my 訂房網站 . location of hotel very nice and near by available food is good

Hotel was average , facilities are average and hotel staff behaviour was moderate to good . Location was good , cleanliness inside room is less and amenities are less as compared to what was written

Location good, service are poor when i reached room its not even prepared room was to dirty. They dont even provide room service. Not even a jug of water.

The stay at Hotel Mayur was good. The first impression was that it is clean – the floor of the corridor and in the room, and white, spotless tiles in the bathroom. Most importantly, the linen/bed sheets were clean, without any spots or holes. The walls in some rooms look somewhat used and could need painting / whitewashing. Location is quite central (Shastri Chowk), and I don't think there is any budget hotel in that area which would be a match to Hotel Mayur. There is no restaurant in the Hotel (as was mentioned on the website), but just downstairs, on the ground floor, there are tea stalls, a small restaurant, and a sweets shop which also has fresh moong dal halwa, carrot halwa, and a few snacks like samosa, pakora, some dal, etc. Also a few other shops are also there, like computer & mobile shop, etc. If there is any issue with the room or bathroom, the Manager addresses it straight away and would take great care that all your needs are taken care of. The Receptionist I did not find too inspiring, but the actual Staff would come within minutes to take care of mal-functioning taps and like that. Overall, if I come to Gorakhpur the next time, I would stay again at Hotel Mayur without any hesitation.

horrible no car parking and ac are not working , there is no staff on night and staff is available till 12 pm is drunk

Not good stay, ac was not working properly, room was old type, facilities can improve and rate should some decrease.

Very dirty plus they keep charging extra money for even one hour late i won't recommend horrible experience

Nice stay. Value for money. Prime location of gorakhpur. Service provide by hotel is good. Staff behaviour is also good

very bad extra money collect & add extra charges..... all staff very poor bat karne ka koi tarika nhi pata kya bol rahe hai or kaise dekh rahe hai bhai aap log family ke sath kabhi mat jana e hotel me pure gorakhpur me mujhe ye sab se bekar laga hai jese in log ne behaviour Kiya hai

As i entered the room there was a lizard baby roaming on bed and one on curtain. On sun-day my niece came with me coz i am going to my sis house and have to put my office bag in room and take some merchandise from my room the receptionist misbehave. Sorry haven't clicked any pick.
