At the time of checking they take half an hour to confirm that, I have booking or not. also they have not given Deluxe room.

1. There were rats 🐀 in room. 2. ⁠after clmplaining also they didn’t help. 3. ⁠mattress was damaged. 4. ⁠window curtains were missing. this was a suit room

Nice experience, My stay at Hotel Bobina was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.

Unprofessional staff. Not value for money. Location is not good.full of mosquitoes. Limited items in breakfast. Food quality average.

They have different room customer and walking customers. For walking customers they have good and big size room but not for customers. Room that provided to me customer is very small, dirty and smelly as after too much argue they changed my room . TV was not working, in bathroom showing was not working , Hot water was not available . Pool was available but you can’t use because they have membership for local people guest can’t use it. They are charging good amount but Tommy and hotel services was not good . Hotel staff is unprofessional they are arguing with customers. Location is very congested area. Behaving very rude . I don’t recommend this hotel for family travelers, female travelers and business travelers.

Hotel is good , working stap is also good , break fass is ok ,in bathroom water leaking also savings kit was not at bathroom if they improve than hotel is excellent 👍

The property was easy to access, clean room was clean. The bathroom had all the basic toiletries. The food was average. The hotel should give a bar menu also in the rooms.
