It was great experienced with palm regal resort.. However amenities mentioned in gallery are not availed properly..Like smart tv was not there..etc

Good rooms, worst service. The rooms are good, but cleanliness is not good, they forget you after you checkin.

It is not a resort but a studio apartment. They have no restaurant & they send food in parcels. As Gopalpur is a small place you will not get hygienic food any where. I moved to Berhampur a town nearby as I have my own car just for food.

The location is good. facilities in Property excellent Rooms are excellent n spacious. Food availability n price Okey. good behavior of staff One suggestion, if bycycles/ escooters on rent can be provided, would be of great help.

Very very bad hotel.. I would recommend not to book this hotel for stay. Rooms are good but service is very poor If u call them for anything after 1 hour they come to u... and one more thing line cut off mobile not charging very bad service and if u pay such high amount and u get this type of service its pathetic to stay in this hotel.... I would recommend all of u not to stay in this hotel in such high amount as the service is not good and not even satisfactory. Last but not the least i would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel-cum- apartment as the service and the system is not good. Basing on the price a lodge of amount of rs 1000 is better than this so called resotlrt or apartment.

Don’t even have a bottle of water there. This is an air bnb guest house not resort. Not suggested at all for business travellers

They mentioned in their signature amenities the jacuzzi . But there is no jacuzzi and bathroom is also very small. But the room was awesome, the interior of the rooms are awesome.
