Online registration is required prior to a mobile key being sent to the phone. Please complete the online check-in registration in advance; this can be done 72 hours prior to arrival.

An electronic key lock system is used that allows using a mobile phone as the room key. To receive the mobile room key, please download the mobile application JustIN Mobile. Enter the mobile phone number used on the reservation and on the day of arrival the mobile room key will be activated. It is recommended to download the app at least one day prior to arrival. A digital key and room number will be sent to the phone when the room is ready. A notification will be received on the phone that the key is ready in the app. Keys will be available from 14:00 on the day of arrival unless special arrangements have been made. Once the mobile room key is received, guests can access the lobby, the room and the complex's underground carpark. The room number will be shown on the phone.
