Simple hotel, cheap price, don't expect too much. Just good to stay for the night. Near selayang area, gombak area, and somewhat near to kepong. So alot of eating place. Alot of parking space

Very bad Inside room toilet plumbing problem and toilet gets flooded during shower because of bad dirty drainange of the Attached bathroom and the water pressure during the early morning during the day was super slow. Very terrible service.

About my experience with the hotel whenever I request to do housekeeping service and never got time to do it. Always without any staffs. The bathroom leaking while flushing the toilet bowl. The bedsheet covers, pillowcase, blankets and towels are torn was given to me. Requested for a new ones and always saying that BOSS doesn't want to buy them. This is a hotel not their own house which they can afford to get them. The cleaners were seen drunk at all times together with their manager during the night. Seen many times already.

the value for money it offers is commendable. The room was clean and functional, providing a comfortable place to rest after a long day of exploring the city. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again for its affordability and decent accommodations.

I have booked rooms in this hotel about three days before my 訂房網站. One day before the 訂房網站, my sister went to hotel & receptionist confirmed my booking & payment. However, on the 訂房網站 day, another receptionist stated that my rooms were not available. We tried to contact the owner but did not answer our call. The rooms were small too & had water disruptions too. I had to arrange another accommodation for my family at last minute. It seemed like walk-in stay. Very bad service.
