Loved our stay here. Pool, spa and sauna were great. Gym could do with some new equipment but we made it work. Rooms were spacious and clean. Good location just a 10 minute walk into the centre of surfers.

レセプションの対応は良かった。 近くにトラムの駅とバス停があるので、シティやムービーワールドの行き來はしやすいため、立地は良かった。 しかし、ルームサービスがなく、3泊したが、タオルを変えるのに毎回5ドル必要だった。 チェックインした際、髪の毛がベッドの上に落ちていた。

Didnt realize that there is no any housekeeping and extra towels cost 2.5 AUD each. Rooms were quite small too. The balcony door wasnt working properly. Not sure if this is the industry standard in GC but its really hard for me to give a high rating given my experience

Reception 職員有午膳時間，在該時段沒有人在recption當值協助 check in 或行李寄存， 要入住的旅客等候職員午膳回來才有服務，浪費旅客的時間！！ 房價租金 完全不包括每日一般的房內清潔服務 及 更換毛巾， 所有一般的清潔服務 及 更換毛巾都需要額外收費， 而且收費也算昂貴。 這兩種遭遇及對待 在訂房的資料中並沒有說明， 都是我遊歷 歐洲 亞洲 美國 澳洲 多個國家／城市以來第一次。 房間很細很迫， 房內走路的空間根本只能容納一個人走動。 當初 被這個酒店漂亮偌大的泳池相片吸引而入住， 但入住後體驗不滿意。

The room is tired. No glasses, or paper cups, and definitely no tea or coffee or kettle, or little fridge. Rooms are cheap compared with other nearby accommodation, so popular with backpackers. Bedding had the subtle smell of stale smoke. Also security deposit cam only be visa or Mastercard, no cash or amex, and if using a debit card, cash taken out. $200 for a night's stay of $150. A bit worrying since the rooms are not in the newest condition to start so you wonder if you'll get your money back. At check out told it will take 7 days!!!
