The only member of staff I met was the housekeeper. Room was clean (stayed 2 nights, not cleaned daily). Breakfast was okay. Duvet was small , more suitable for a mid-size adult. I asked whether I could checkout later than 10:00 but email was ignored. I asked again, and the answer was negative because "they wanted to clean the room". A cold-shoulder, professionally presented reply, like the soul of the place.
