Lovely room and powerful shower. The breakfast is 24/7 for toast, cereal and yoghurt. Helpful after yourself. I wasn’t sent the pin to the accommodation but the lady on the phone was very helpful. The WiFi kept kicking me off and I wish the place was cleaner.

The location was excellent & has parking at the facility which I'm pleased about. It is a self check-in so some guidance in terms of do's & dont's, along with what amenities/facilities are available or something to explain the check-out times & some sort of contact in terms of queries could help. My room was in basement (was not given any option nor knew it before I turned up at the hotel) & it was a bit smelly despite a good clean. Again, since I didn't know who/how I could reach out to about it, wouldn't say that was the best of the experiences.

Shocking service no one mans the hotel need codes for the doors to get in the hotel n rooms,which i did not get ,phoned number on window a girl answred said she would call back n didnt have to call again got a man this time did get code after a mess around said i book on a scam site which is your site. Room was small sheets dirty locks on door not safe..

Great location, close to the docks, located opposite a park perfect for a morning stroll. The room is bare basic, cosy bed, toilet. It was fine for a night. Self check in was smooth, we did not encounter any staff or other guests. The only window faces the park which did have a group outside chatting late at night, so possibly can be noisy.
