Nice hotel. They were not able to help me with my cancelation request because I booked through 訂房網站.com which apparently I was told by the desk clerk that "they don't work with them" which I find odd considering I was able to book a room with them via 訂房網站.com. This was disappointing. I feel this needs a second look.

DO NOT STAY HERE WHATEVER YOU DO. I REPEAT PLEASE DONT DO IT, even if you are desperate. This place was paid for and after a long drive they decided to NOT let us check in because it was 3am even thought it says 24 hour check in- and we had to sleep in the car overnight. then the next day they got the manager to come and dsaid they CAN NOT give us a room until after check in time which was 3pm.... Even though we were there for willing to pay for an entire night but only just sleeping a few hours. They were really rude and horrible. We called the booking agent and they were also appalled and said the hotel is in the wrong. Horrible.
