房間設施非常老舊，客房服務基本沒有，我們在枕頭下和被子裡發現別人的頭髮，打電話溝通後卻沒有客房服務人員來幫我們換床單，衞生情況很糟糕。

The property is beautiful with a nice courtyard that has a seasonal bar with food service during the summer months. The bar has some great cocktails and delicious food for both happy hour and dinner! Highly recommend the truffle fries and ribeye!  Con’s: Pillow case had mascara on it. When we called down to ask for a new one, the front desk was annoyed that we were even asking. After an hour, they had not brought one so we called back down. She was less than happy and stated that she would have someone bring us a couple pillowcases. The kind man (maintenance worker) was very polite and said if we needed anything to just call. The next morning at 0900, housekeeping started knocking on the door. We told them that we would be leaving around 1045, the came back three times. I understand that they are trying to accommodate early check-in’s but this was a bit much. In addition they need at minimum 2 front desk staff at checkout time to accommodate their guest. I’m sure it’s a beautiful place during Christmas and Summer. We just weren’t impressed with the service (aside from the bar for HH and dinner).

Great experience in a beautiful historic hotel. Across the road from the mineral springs and walking distance to restaurant precinct. Only thing to make our stay better would be to include bottled water with our room.

We had a great stay at hotel Colorado in Glenwood Springs. Of course it’s amazing to stay in an iconic hotel that has existed for 130 years, and it’s charm and decor do not disappoint. The renovated rooms have maintained their charm, while having a little style update. The staff is amazing – very helpful and willing to make sure that your stay is an enjoyable one. In the summer, do not miss dining on the patio.

This is a beautiful historic property, with a fantastic team providing impeccable service to guests! The property is located very conveniently, close to the hot springs and walking distance to downtown. The lobby and the Courtyard ares beautiful. We had a bit of an issue getting the hang of operating the ceiling fan and the room heating system, and the team's response to get us updated was super quick. Overall, a great experience.
