This is the worst experience in my life, I booked that hotel online and paid GBP$40, I arrived at midnight and missed 8pm manual check in time while I didn’t receive e mail for auto check-in! no staff inside the hotel, no one reply the phone nor door bell ! The temperature at that time drop below zero degree and the booking website staff couldn’t contact them. Even if u could check in, you could not go out at midnight as you couldn’t come back again and die in cold temperature outside ! Ignore request for refund! No one will help u if u have problem in midnight! Eventually, no reply not refund after 14 days , while 訂房網站.com customer service provided good follow up for me .
