富勒頓公園酒店 (The Fullarton Park Hotel)

The place is being renovated but this wasn't communicated beforehand so I had to use the back entrance to go in and walk through a construction site. The room is very dusty, the carpet wasn't hoovered properly. The bathroom is not quite clean and when I tried to make a cup of tea the cups were dirty. I had to pre-wash the cup and use it again. My bed was lopsided, the mattress made a noise with each movement. The room shook each time a car sped past outside. I couldn't sleep at all. I requested a partial refund as I could not spend another night there and they refused to refund me! The porter even told me that they knew about the room shaking! Terrible service. Don't bother booking at all.

This is the worst experience in my life, I booked that hotel online and paid GBP$40, I arrived at midnight and missed 8pm manual check in time while I didn’t receive e mail for auto check-in! no staff inside the hotel, no one reply the phone nor door bell ! The temperature at that time drop below zero degree and the booking website staff couldn’t contact them. Even if u could check in, you could not go out at midnight as you couldn’t come back again and die in cold temperature outside ! Ignore request for refund!
