チェックインの前に荷物を預けられてよかった。部屋は空きがあったのでアップグレードしてくれたとのこと。1人だったが、ベッドが2台の部屋で荷物を広げるにはよかったが、地下の部屋だった…。

旅館不錯，休息很好，性價比高。

The ubication is good close to the train station, just they can improve the Customer service i call many times before to arrive and they never answer.

Outstanding budget accommodation in Glasgow's leafy Southside. Clean and comfortable. Safe. Easy access to public transport and city centre. Great location. Wonderful shower in Room 14.

They want taking extra money with any excuse they can make ! I wanted to check in at 10:30 PM and a guy was there told me you should pay £10 extra for late check in ! While I heard about late check out fee but not late check in fee ! After long discussion he said OK I don’t get it from you. Then he asked me to pay £50 deposit ! which I saw in old town in east Asia but not in Europe. He said we have furnitures and other stuff in room we should be sure nothing will be taking out specially in “winter” 😳!! Which like that other Hotels give empty room to guest in WINTER ! Then I said OK at least give me a receipt of my deposit but he rejected and didn’t give me anything ! At the morning one lady knocked my door at 10AM when I slept. She said 10AM is a check out time otherwise you should pay £10/hour ! I said OK I need 10 minutes to wash my face and getting dressed, but she rudely said I can give you 5 minutes not more ! Still I have never seen any hotel with check out time earlier than 12 Noon ! When I wanted to go also no salts spread on ground so my car stocked on snow and I couldn’t go out of the hotel gate easily ! In total It was awful experience and never 👎🏻 recommended at least with these staffs. Positive points: Room was clean and warm enough.
