入住的時候服務人員非常友好，客房價格包括兩份早餐，但由於我們三人出行，他們也沒有多收錢，説是我們住的是家庭客房，非常感謝！我們住在玄關的第一間客房，窗簾拉開盡看見樓後面的外牆，沒有陽光，但還好晚上沒有聽見雜音。酒店離植物園很近走8分鐘左右，離地鐵15分鐘左右，很方便。

Easy check out and check in. The hotel was very clean and close to shops for food and University of Glasgow. Breakfast was standard and the kitchen made me the type of eggs I wanted. The room was clean though the shower cubicle was too small. The room temperature was comfortable for us. The hotel staff Lulu was very helpful, he allowed us to keep our luggages past check out time. All in all a good experience

Zimmer war winzig, Bad hatte mit Dusche ca 1,6 m² also war die Benutzung eine Herausforderung. Im Bad sind Stockflecken/Schimmel, der Wasserhahn ist so klein, dass der Auslauf gerade so ins Waschbecken reichte. Personal war freundlich, Frühstück war o.k.
