房間比較小，衞生的話感覺還可以，但是床單上有印子，可能印子是洗乾淨了的，但是我還是比較在意。我標註了離電梯近的房間，真的就在旁邊哈哈哈，其實酒店挺小的，哪都近。服務特別好，我英語很差，前台小姐姐和前台小哥都非常耐心。而且小姐姐還用翻譯軟件告訴我她想説啥。我下午想去博物館看看，但是房間還沒準備好，姐姐主動提出來説可以先寄存行李去逛博物館，逛完再來入住。入住的時候，姐姐也主動幫我拿了行李。全程態度十分友好。餐廳的小哥也非常的友好，向我推薦了熱巧克力，確實很好喝，而且是為數不多英式早餐我能誇的食物。而且小哥看出來我是中國人還會主動説“你好”和“謝謝”，非常友善。

很有蘇格蘭風格的設計元素，酒店設施齊全，雖然有些年代感，但夠用就行，溫馨乾淨，洗手間的瓷磚出奇的白凈整潔，也有暖氣和暖水壺，酒店還贈送許多的咖啡和各式沖飲，考慮十分周到，整體是超預期的體驗，很不錯，會推薦

Lovely hotel and perfectly placed for our visit, sadly the room we had was very hot so we opted for opening the window but then all night the hum of the heating or air con or something(not sure which) was so noisy , we had a terrible nights sleep. The park across the way was great for a run. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff so helpful. I would stay again and just not open a window ! Thanks to all the lovely staff.

Damp and cold. Duvet is old and the cover stains. Floor is uneven and the carpet looks really dirty. Around 11pm, a big moth came in and flew all over. I and my mother lost sleep almost all night. But the cleanliness of the bathroom is much more better and satisfying. Breakfast choice is not abundant but adequate, given the price we are quite satisfied with the breakfast. People are nice. Easy to check-in and checkout, I would recommend to use cash as deposit.

Nice stay. The room was small but had everything we needed. There was dust on the trim above the tiles but everything else was clean. We arrived down for breakfast 30 minutes before it finished and there were only beans, tomatoes and mushrooms for the English breakfast. We asked if there would be more food coming out and they said yes in 5 minutes. They only took out scrambled eggs so we asked about bacon, black pudding and sausages. 10 minutes later they took out bacon and black pudding. We asked about the sausages and they then went and cooked 4 sausages for us. We were last in the restaurant and got our breakfast more than 30 minutes after arriving for a buffet style meal. At £20 per person I expected a better service.

抱歉這麼晚評價~酒店非常乾淨溫暖！並且很有蘇格蘭特色！尤其是酒店服務，當我需要充電時，酒店前台（抱歉忘了名字）非常熱情溫馨提供幫助！我很喜歡她！還有酒店負一樓的早餐廳服務員SEHER OYAR，她簡直是天使！非常幫助我！給與我很好的物質幫助和精神溫暖！感謝美好的酒店人員！我很愛這家酒店！下次回來還會繼續居住！~
