位置很便利，距離布坎南汽車站幾百米，酒店電梯兩部，壞了一部，入住四天一直沒見維修，房間不大，自助check in和out，如果不會有工作人員可以幫你，房間隨小但五臟俱全，佈置緊湊，保險箱都在床下的抽屜裡……不過沒有咖啡和茶，對了，沒有燒水壺

房間很大很乾凈，尤其衞生間，都有無障礙設施，所有設施都很新。PAD控制全屋燈光，很時尚，超預期。感覺非常舒服，性價比高。check in/out全自助，前台也有工作人員，非常便利。

房間不咋地，作為去年才開的酒店，比起羅馬同品牌開了幾十年都比不上，整個酒店衹有一個房型，萬豪會員形同虛設

I am rarely 'blown away' by hotels but Citizen M truly blew me away and exceeded all my expectations. First of all, the staff member who greeted me was super friendly, asked me about my 訂房網站 and the check in process was probably the easiest, fastest and most modern process I have ever experienced anywhere. When I walked into the room, I almost thought I walked into the wrong room because the size of the bed was HUGE (much bigger and better in real life than displayed in the pictures). The room itself was also much bigger than I expected, and so very modern and 'cool' like a spaceship. It had a homely feel and had some truly unique features like an ipad to control the TV, the lights (brightness and colour - very cool again!!), blinds (and more) and you could even play games with the lights. There was a moment where I truly felt I could spend an entire day just in the hotel room because it was so fun being in there and I looked forward to coming home to my hotel every night.
