Excellent welcome and service from staff as usual. However the Glasgow CitizenM feels in need of an overhaul compared to more recent ones I’ve stayed in. Water squirted out of the shower attachment,a bit of the shower kept following off (not serious but irritating) and the desk looked scruffy. Location is great as it’s near bus/train stations,the underground and lots of great pubs and restaurants

Great experience, love that it's pretty much self check- in. The rooms are layed out well and I liked that I could control the TV /lights etc via an iPad. Beds are super comfy and Pillows are perfect didn't wake up with a sore neck... so I requested a late check which is £29 but it's worth it if you don't fancy a 11am check out.
