Very clean place room was lovely for the price fresh bed sheets bed was so comfortable beautiful view the staff at the desk are always so helpful and friendly

The room was clean but showing signs of wear and tear. On entering the reception area ithere was a very strong smell of marijuna. Not a pleeasant odour at best especially in a hotel. There were two young men n the darkened area near the front entrance. They looked to be wearing worn and dirty clothing. The access to the hotel is very poorly lit and needs to be cleaned. The Heras fencing surrounding the hotel had partly collapsed and gives a very poor impression of the place. On leaving i could see that there were sleeping bags and dirty clothing from what I can only concur is from homless young men. Very disappointing to be frank. Not worth anywhere close to £140/night and no breakfast. The staff I spoke to were pleasant enough. Very poor overall I sad to report.

We booked at the last minute due to change in circumstances. As a customer that uses 訂房網站.com very regularly as well as my partner does kellyboyddd95@gmail.com. We arrived at the hotel to find it was also a hotel housing families from abroad. This should have been advertised when booking the hotel. My partner was afraid to go for a cigarette on her own. Also the fact that there was rats running about outside the main entrance to the hotel.

房間是浴缸式的，水溫調整方便。房間大小合適，但是房間窗戶是封死的，窗外是裝修工地，暖氣也沒辦法自己開關

房間很普通衞生整潔，設施老舊，住的房間洗浴龍頭壞了沒法調熱水，燙死了根本沒法洗澡，臉盆水龍頭竟然是冷熱水籠頭各安一個，**的設計！更氣人的是前台要求網上訂，訂房網站之前看還是六百多再看已經1000了？有聯手欺詐之嫌，反正這個賓館國內也就一百來塊吧，但凡價格高於600我都覺得貴了！除了位置或者經濟考慮，不建議入住。

Much more basic than expected. Bed was made up of two singles which barely stayed together through the night. Tea and coffee facilities were poor as were the toiletries. Not worth the price at all. Breakfast at £14 per head was totally overpriced. Food was luke warm and very bland. Will not be back.

Perfect location and friendly staff but with uncomfortable bed:( I hardly believe my bed is actually two bed locked together. It’s extremely uncomfortable to stuck in the gap. It is a bit noisy outside as well. Only recommend to people with limited budget or who needs to catch an early flight.
