Excellent stay. We were handed a room but unfortunately we discovered someone else’s belongings were in that room. We told reception and they accommodated us brilliantly and gave us a free room upgrade plus free late check out which was excellent.  Would definitely stay here again

This is a new hotel opened in December 2025. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception areas decor was modern and clean. Our room was on the top, third floor corner. The room was very clean and generously dimensioned. The room had a coffee machine, microwave, clothes steamer, coach. The bed was huge and we slept well. This is a city hotel without pool, etc. I didn't like the fact that the hotel required presentation of my passport and taking details from my passport. I fail to see how this is reasonable. I do not mind proving identity, but do not think it reasonable to take details as this can be abused.
