The location-based taxi booking seemed a bit inaccurate, but I managed to get there the second time. As soon as I got out of the car, several bro gave me directions. The room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. The air conditioning worked well, and the water pipes didn't smell bad. Overall, it was great value for money. The staff were very friendly and even helped me call a taxi.Thanks for Brassbell teams.

للأسف كانت تجربة سيئة جدًا. واجهنا وجود حشرات وفئران، ولم تتعامل الإدارة مع المشكلة بالشكل المطلوب، حيث كان الحل الوحيد إرسال عامل تنظيف دون تقديم أي تعويض مناسب. كما انقطعت المياه لمدة يوم كامل دون أي إشعار مسبق، مما سبب إزعاجًا كبيرًا. لا أنصح بالإقامة هنا. Very disappointing stay. There were insects and rats, and management failed to handle the situation properly. Their only response was sending a housekeeping staff member, with no appropriate compensation. In addition, the water was cut off for a full day without any prior notice. I would not recommend staying here.

對面的便利店會坑人，孩子去買水超市8.75埃鎊他卻要了孩子50埃鎊。建議去酒店出來右轉再右轉 往前50米左右有個超市，裡面明碼標價。

When you arrive using GPS, you won’t see any clear hotel signs around—don't worry, the locals are very helpful and will easily guide you to the entrance. Later, you’ll discover a beautiful, super clean hotel apartment equipped with all the essential services for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
