Reception people were rude and didn't provide additional bed inspite of booking in advance. They made me wait for an hour and asked me to talk to make my 訂房網站 to confirm the booking. No basic amenities like bedsheets, water bottle, soap, paste were provided. I don't recommend this hotel.
