    At check in, I told the woman on duty I had a reservation through the Trip app. She had no idea what I was talking about. It took the intervention of a Korean speaker to guide her to finding my reservation. Then when she realized there were 2 of us, she wanted to charge me extra for double occupancy even though my reservation on the app said 2 adults… I refused to pay extra, until she finally gave up and gave me a key. You should not put your hotel rooms for sale on a 3rd party app if you’re not willing to educate your staff on the most basic functions, such as check-in, from said apps…
