附近有多間食肆可選擇，晚上寧靜，每日執房沒有主動添加消耗性日用品，例如廁紙、紙巾，房間沒有電話，要經過手機掃QR code才能找到客戶服務員，首次使用需要些時間瞭解如何使用，但酒店收到指時候幾分鐘就能送上。

真的是出乎意料滿意的酒店 首先週末的價格並不算貴 從進入酒店的大堂開始 就發現了這裡的美 整體很有設計感 房間很大很乾凈 對面就是根特古老而神祕的建築 後悔衹住了一晚

Outstanding hotel and without hesitation I can say this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Europe to date. Wonderfully friendly staff, superb facilities and refinements and the rooms are presented to an exceptionally high standard. I would not consider anywhere else when returning to Ghent as this place was incredible

Fabuloso. La estancia ha sido insuperable. No sólo por la buena ubicación, en pleno centro al lado del ayuntamiento, sino por la atención prestada por el personal. Ante cualquier solicitud respondían con una celeridad que no he encontrado en ningún otro hotel. La habitación, al menos la nuestra, con una vista impresionante, decorada con mucho gusto, espaciosa y muy bien aislada de ruidos. Las estancias comunes amplias, agradables y bonitas.

退房後忘記拿走一副挺貴的眼鏡，然後立馬打了電話給前台，前台説要聯繫清潔人員，後面沒再給我回電話。後來我又聯繫前台，前台讓我發郵件。服務態度差，不願意提供幫助…後來第二天再次打電話後，得知説沒有找到。我非常確定我留在了酒店房間。所以大家一定小心留在酒店房間任何東西。他們可能不會給你提供幫助，並不打算歸還給你。非常差的體驗…
