We arrived and immediately were charged 15 euros for the parking plus city taxes. I tried to explain city taxes had been charged already without success and so i paid all as I wanted to finally rest with my family When going to my room on the second floor realised there is renovations going on and the view is of a digger as the picture shows Also this is a family room and very small for four people with only two cups and two towels During the night the aircon broke down so we had to open the window as it was very hot and crowded. We asked for a fan but they said non available even though i explain it was extremely hot, they suggested to open the window which we did. However the noise from outside was bad but we had no other option at 3 am my kids woke up all bitten and we spent one hour killing mosquitos and the hotel gave me mosquito spray Next dat we were all covered in mosquito bites. We checked out and a new receptionist let us know we had been overcharged with city taxes and gave us the money back. to be honest when checking out I wad expecting at least an apology or breakfast or even free parking considering how hellish our stay was . Even an apology would have made a difference Also the hotel is like 20 minutes from center so if u come here be ready to pay extra for parking or pay public transportation of 6 euros return ticket per person Very disappointed. The worse experience. Mosquitos nets should be a must

除了交通方便 其他都是惡夢。 酒店外牆維修 不能不打窗。酒店冷氣不足 非常熱。每間房的電視都是雪花壞了。最恐怖是房間有打不完的蚊子。整整兩晚被蚊子咬醒 不能入睡。第一次住酒店有甘多蚊子。thousand mosquitos in the room🦟 terrible. cannot sleep for two days

房間沒問題，雖然是有一個梳化床但是睡起來還可以的。但是進出酒店極其不方便，繞路，很容易開錯路。距離市區必須開車，免費停車很划算。

Generally the cleanliness of lobby floor public areas and room were above average 👍🏻👍🏻 Need to be careful when driving into that expo , ikea and the hotel zone as they located along with each others and shared the same directory board which the indicator bit small you might miss the hotel car park entrance The front staff he is super friendly and helpful 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I would say the amenities is worth for the price 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

體驗很好，就是酒店位置有點偏，半夜一個人回去路上有點瘮得慌。以及有一半在裝修，健身房沒法使用，很可惜，但是服務人員態度很好

Hotel is aan een flinke renovatie toe. Kamers zijn oud, vloerbedekking hier en daar een vlek. Tv deed het niet naar behoren zoals ook de telefoon om de receptie te bellen. De bedden zijn voortreffelijk.
