舒適套房酒店 (Relax Suites Hotel)

Terrible stay, they show different photos and give different room. Their location is also not upto the mark. Bedsheet had stains. Rooms are almost half the size of what they show. No king size bed as well. Not even queen size

The walls have fungus the rooms are not ventilated was feeling suffocated like anything and don't trust the google reviews they are either paid or fake or offered discount price. Nightmare is better then this

Very bad service. Please refund the money for complimentary breakfast as it was not good pols return money. I have not taken breakfast

Owe-some houskeeping, good rooms, cleaniness, staff is very helpful ful, kitchen is having very tasty food, speacilly chai is owe-some

The receptionist was illiterate. She asked for 800 extra for the deluxe room that I booked she said "book krogay toh chota hi rokm milega personal number se book krke aya kro." After refund request and arguement of half and hour gave a room.

So, i and my friend had to check-in to this property in a situation where all the nearby properties were fully booked and it was midnight. Our booking was confirmed on mm t as well as over call. Upon reaching hotel at around 2. 30 am, we were denied check-in. Reason given by the property was that i and my friend belonged to different religions and said that the owners have refused to allot rooms to people belonging to different religion. They even refused to provide us further assistance despite the fact that it was midnight and we had a confirmed booking and their denial was mentioned nowhere. After having a word with mm t customer care, we could not get a solution and had to find another way out. But this time it was almost 3. 30 am. Overall it was a very cheap way of treatment by the hotel staff and i would not recommend this property to anybody

Worst services. Bad staff. The kitchen is not available. The staff was drunk and made a bad statement.
