Good things first 1. spacious rooms 2. Good breakfast buffet 3. swimming pool Need to improve things 1. the floor mats smells need to be cleaned. 2. the customer checkout services needs to be improved..I requested for a extension but just allow 30 minutes..need to provide better customer service. 3. customer baggage handling issues..too many people so the baggage counter denied to keep the baggage after checkout.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was convenient. Amenities were adequate but unremarkable. Overall, a satisfactory 4-star hotel experience.
