This is their deluxe room, the light in the room is very low, after giving the room you complain and ask for another room, then they do not give even the other room, I came here after seeing good rating, but this hotel is not like that rating, very disappointed rating dekhkar hotel me na aaye ye sale khud se acha rating diye hai room me itna dim light tha inke wajah se meri beijjati hogyi ki aisa hi room book kiya hai sale harami log jab light lagi hi nahi hai to room kyu dete ho aur ab dekhna mai tumhari google rating kaise kharab krta hu jo logo ko har week 1000 rating krege

It was a very bad experience staff was very rude there was only one connector for tv, kettle and refrigerator, you can use only one amenities at one time. for the better reference you can visit at hotel my room no. Was 302

The hotel was good at this price. The rooms were clean and tidy. Menu for the food was limited but whatever was ordered was prepared very well. The owner Mr Sarthak was very cooperative and looked into the check in personally. All in all a very good experience with amazing hospitality

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown (red k velvet ghaziabad)
