The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions

Very pathetic service, reception person behavior is very bad and rude, add extra money in my bill i was just late for checkout even inform him i am in stuck with traffic and will be slightly late, but he was charging room rent entire day even i was checkout at 1. 00 pm. Even roon is not hygiene.

I had a late night flight, so I called hotel and inform that I'll be able to reach hotel early morning as check in time is 11am. He said no problem they will manage early check in.. As soon as we reached there he started that we can't accept your booking as check in time is 11am. I told him that I had spoken with hotel already. he had call recordings. he got a point that if I had booked it offline he would have adjusted. he asked me for 2200 extra amount for this. also very arrogant when I asked him that I'll pay after check in or may be at check out as I was extremely tired, he was like then room will be given at regular time only. worst worst worstest service. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Smooth check in, cooperative staff, clea. Linen, excellent room service. To be taken care a) ac remote was not available, sound hard b) tv of room 216 was not working, tv remote was not working, operates manual, dish tv remote was working. Screen was blurring and intermittent goes off. Tv in room 216 to be changed. Tea bag and beverage pack helps traveller to manage their choice tea types.

I have been visiting this hotel for 4 years now for my ghaziabad visits. Staff is very cordial and rooms are clean. Even attached restaurant serves good food. All in one !

The location of the property is very much in the heart of the city of ghaziabad. Various offices, christ university is just 10 mins away. Various amenities are also very much nearby. Rooms are very clean & staff is courteous and helpful. Its restaurent excellent & has south indian food.
