The location is good and convenience shops and cafes at the ground. There was lot ants in the bed room, other than that everything was as perfect, wasy check in - spacious apartment with a private room for parents. Unfortunately no good view but you can go down and enjoy a coffee or meal with a view

The furniture appears old and lacks proper upkeep, which may affect customer impressions. Regular cleaning and gradual replacement with modern pieces can improve comfort and ambiance. Choosing a strategic location with strong visibility and easy access will further enhance appeal, attract more visitors, and strengthen long-term business growth

Very strong smell when entering the premise, smell came from bathroom drain. They only provide air fresher and not solving the root. Towel provide can see yellowish. Next door of the premise is their staff hostel, many of foreigner staff there and feel not comfort with that.

房間真的挺大，景色也還行但實在實在是太臟了，樓下就是酒吧街，先搬著大行李箱走過樓梯，然後再走50米，然後下去一個很黑很髒很臭的黑乎乎的地下室拿鑰匙，然後再走上去坐電梯，一大家子進去之後發現到處都是臟兮兮的，毛巾黑的，被子黑的，沒有牙刷牙膏拖鞋，吹風機找不到，但第二天找到了。枕頭超級噁心，口水漬黑黃色的，還有頭髮，門鎖壞的，大倒是挺大的但有一股子味道，自己衡量吧，幾乎不會給差評，但這次沒辦法必須給了

Overall ok. I’ve tried other units in the same building. Definitely cleaner and better than the others that I’ve tried. Just abit troublesome to get keys. Coming in and out from parking.

Cleaniless so-so. Gym equipment are not usable. Surrounding is very happening. Sure to find food and drinks. There's a dimsum restaurant which serves very nice dim sum.
