Great location, walking distance to Prangin Mall/Komtar/1st Avenue. Breakfast serve Penang speciality charkuayteaw aside lical dish like nasi lemak/mee kari/pastri/fruit/salad etc. Pool is big and have jacuzzi. During the time have decoration for Deepavali celebration.

定了兩晚家庭房，家庭房是一張大床+一張單人床，我們住7樓，708？玻璃窗不能開，但窗外視野開闊，可以看到山。空調溫度適宜，洗澡水也很舒適。想放巧克力進冰箱，發現小冰箱是壞的，給前台打電話讓來看，接著三個大漢扛著一台冰箱進來直接換了。第一天晚上回來發現沒打掃，看到地上有張留言條，是説過來看到打掃按鍵沒亮就沒打掃，人家尊重私隱這方面做的蠻好，沒有擅自進入。後來打電話給前台讓送了乾淨毛巾過來。第二天早上在收拾東西的時候，服務員按門鈴送來了兩個洗衣袋，正好可以用來裝臟衣服帶走，總體看來上門的服務員都非常有禮貌，服務態度都非常好，這家酒店沒見到會説中文的服務人員，需要客人要懂些英文。酒店門口晚上有擺攤售賣飲品燒烤

入住時沒有遇上中文工作人員，也還可以順利溝通入住。大廳的香味不太習慣，相當於國內三四星酒店的設備設施，房間地面是地毯、床品都洗薄了，顏色也用的黑了，白色不潔白，在國內的酒店早就淘汰更換新的了。房間、衞生間的面積在國內達到四、五星級標準了，比較滿意。離壁畫街、姓氏橋等都可步行，步行20分鐘左右，周邊有公交車站，各方位站步行4-9分鐘左右，酒店出門左邊就是餐飲夜市街，不長就一小段，有家40年炒粿條攤位，老爺爺炒的粿條蠻好吃。

位置很好，酒店的服務也不錯，附近生活便利且晚上樓下也有小攤夜市，也有大排檔，出行叫車也是很容易找的，就算估計餐飲不合胃口，也能走幾分鐘到樓下的對面馬路的麥當勞，還有對面馬路的廣東人飲茶點心之家。

The hotel all in all service is great the receptionist is good enough to ask us how are we. The location is also nice you will be able to see the view of the bridge from afar and the cylinder tower nearby. The hotel location is also at the heart of Georgetown which makes it easier to walk around the famous spots such as Kimberly night market and Armenian Street; few minutes walk and you'll be able to buy night market street food too! We tried as well the pool which is nice because it's not crowded. The food in the dining of the hotel is also good got variety of foods you can eat!

設施：該有的都有，房間挺大，洗手液，洗髮水（沒有護髮素）和沐浴露是那種捏的，非小包裝，還挺方便。冰箱裡有免費飲料，好評。飲用水是玻璃瓶非一次性的。提供速溶咖啡和茶等。隔音不太好，有一天早上五點多被一陣陣的吸塵器似的聲音吵醒，持續了好一陣子。衞生：挺乾淨的，傢俱上沒有灰塵。因為第一天的被罩上有沉漬，意外發現第二天居然換了。環境：樓下新開了一個咖啡店，可以早餐。旁邊有個夜市，可以吃點兒小吃喝點兒東西。打車方便。如果出門右轉去麥當勞，需要橫穿馬路，左轉那邊應該有紅綠燈可以過。服務：三點才能入住，但可以先寄存行李。辦理入住比較慢，不過這裡什麼都慢，習慣就好。總體來説很推薦。

Excellent location nearby to famous New Lane street hawker food. Staffs are friendly. Hotel room is kinda old but bed is comfortable and overall room is clean. Pool is small. Fitness center is basic but it feels dark in there.

淋浴的蓮蓬壞的，衞生間的捲筒支架壞的，枕頭睡著也不舒服！感覺像是沒有打掃過，隔音也差！11點到提前入住會收取100令吉，但延遲退房不需要額外付費！
