不怎麼OK 房間味道很重 枕頭不幹淨有點發黃了 和照片看起來不一樣 感覺不怎麼衛生打掃很隨便

The hotel was terrible. I booked a 3D2N stay, but there was no recent housekeeping done before I checked in. According to the receptionist, housekeeping was last done a month ago. Upon check-in, the room was full of dust, the toilet smelled foul, and there were mites on the bedsheet. Even just breathing, you could feel the dust entering your respiratory tract. I requested immediate housekeeping, but unfortunately, there were no clean blankets available for replacement. To make matters worse, there was only one receptionist handling everything. The next morning, I decided to check out without hesitation. It was such a waste of money.

Service is not impressive. Front desk ask for depo (RM50) is understandable but they don’t prepare for change so they ask for RM100 (only take cash). Facilities is broken (shower) cannot hang so you have to hold the shower head when you wash. Cleanliness is the worst. There is a foul smell when you enter the hallway to your room. No parking provided even if you booked one. First come first serve, so you have to park on side of the road or 5min walk to payable parking lot.

ทำเลที่ตั้งดี เดินทางสะดวก แต่คุณภาพห้องค่อนข้างแย่ ผ้าปูที่นอนผ้าเช็ดตัวไม่สะอาด นอนแล้วคัน หลังจากจบจากทริปเป็นผื่นอย่างที่เห็น เกิดจากตัวไรบนผ้าปูที่นอน ในสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเขียนว่ามีเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นบริการ ซึ่งจริงๆมีเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น แต่ใช้งานไม่ได้ รีโมทแอร์ ทีวี ใช้งานไม่ได้ ไม่มีถ่านเปลี่ยนให้
