一行人住了兩晚，總體滿意。 環境：優雅舒適的風格，床品舒適，周邊食肆很多 服務：熱情有禮 設施：歷史建築重新裝修，有一定限制，樓上的腳步聲，樓下有點影響 衞生：乾淨，早餐豐富。

服務不錯，前台員工和門僮都響應很快。但是酒店是最近翻新重新開業的，走廊和房間都有很大的油漆味。裝修風格挺好的，房間有點小，但外面有院子。泳池水面有很多蟲子在漂浮，感覺缺少打理了，不敢下水。

重新整修過的酒店非常新 設計也很好 古典外也很達到現代美感標準 泳池小而美 人流不多 但位置要叫grab 才可以到鬧區 但不遠

This is a new and nice hotel. Staff are excellent. Best class hospitality. Stay in garden patio and residential suite. The only downside is the smell of the paint, I guess it is due to the hotel was newlt refurbished. Also there are some dust left from the refurbished works. Overall it is good

New from Ascot group. Took over a UNESO Heritage building where I guess the structure can't be demolished or hack which makes the rooms small. For the price I pay for the garden patio, it is not worth the price. There are many properties surrounding that matches this price. For example G Hotel Kelawi or Prestige Hotel. Location is good no doubt but wanted to emphasise on the car park that is located left side of the building which no access to the rooms directly where you need to walk back out to the lobby to enter your rooms. Lobby main door entrance doesn't have any luggage friendly ramp to push up to the lobby. Something the property needs to consider as well as for wheel chair. Also, I had 2 crickets visiting my room when I was showering. LOL. Overall, the property is new, nice deco and good location. Just few suggestions above for the property to take into consideration.

Service is excellent. Swimming pool doesn’t look much but offers a very relaxing comfortable soak and decent lapses. Breakfast not great. Bathroom door knobs are tricky especially for people with dry hands it’s like trying to turn an egg, it takes skills and practice. Hotel has just one entrance so guests staying at corridor’s end need to walk the whole stretch. Walls and floors can be thicker. Air conditioning efficient and the bed is ultra comfortable. Very courteous, welcoming staff.

這是一棟百年歷史的建築，衹有兩層，我們住在一樓，房間安靜舒適，衞生乾淨整潔。早餐品種豐富，住了兩晚，很滿意。 唯一要吐槽的是停車場不在建築物內，要繞到外面。
