酒店已改名Gurney Bay Hotel PARKROYAL ,酒店應該有一點年份了，但保養得很好，整潔，沒有雜亂陳舊的感覺，雖然不是度假酒店，但位置區域方便對面就有一個新建的海濱公園有大型兒童遊樂設施，步行五至十分鐘就有兩個大型商場購物娛樂一應俱全，便利店及當地食點也在隔離左右，設施有網球場泳池，乾濕桑拿，還有冷熱按摩池十分驚喜，早餐不過不失

Hotel look old style but very clean, carpet flooring but no dust allergies. Room spacious and clean fully equipped with 5 star hotel standard. Location is very convenient to go anywhere in Penang, especially George Town. I would stay there again if I go Penang.

Stayed for 2 nites. I booked this hotel because I wanted to swim and swimming pool was closed. Yes hotel is old, room is ok but no power socket anywhere at the desk or bedside to charge your phone. Hotel should at least provide extension cord for all rooms. I had lunch at the all day dining, worst ice lemon tea was presented, for 20 ringgit you get a very small glass maybe only 8 ounce. The captain said this was their standard. The second day I wanted to have lunch but was tolf that the whole coffe house was fully bookef for groups, not walk in guests. I complained to the captain and he said he will carry a table for me. I do not want to make it dificult for him, its the poor management fault. I got very angry and dine elsewhere. They could have arrange some tables and reserved or the house guests. Nevet come back again.

在檳城是個比較老派的高檔酒店，離海邊也不遠，酒店的周邊還有夜市。但也是因為有一定年份了，設施比較老舊，麵池下水慢，馬桶沖水方式也很不習慣。不過總體還是推薦的。另外不知是何原因，預訂時顯示有三份早餐，到店時酒店方顯示才兩份早餐，好在與訂房網站溝通後圓滿的解決了這個問題。

每一次回去檳城必定選擇Evergreen Hotel, 歷史悠久的老酒店，從我小的時候就在了，很喜歡他的酒店大廳，很大氣，一進酒店就讓人舒服的感覺，服務也非常好，酒店服務人員一般有求必應，housekeeping工作人員也很負責，每天有需要替換的洗漱用品只要你有要求都會滿足，酒店的早餐選擇不是特別多但是該有的都會有，味道不過不失，這價格也差不多了。五星級的酒店服務這個房價，是挺佛心的。性價比也很高，推薦一定要加一點點的錢住上海景房，比同區的酒店性價比高。設施雖然有一點老舊了，比較有年代，但是尚算維護得很好，比起新裝修的酒店，其實比較喜歡舊一點的酒店，畢竟剛裝修甲醛釋放含量會很高。酒店所在位置不靠近喬治市，但也算方便，附近很多食閣，晚上也很熱鬧，共享單車就在酒店前面，還有檳城的新海濱公園，推薦這家酒店給有預算但又想有美好體驗的你們。
