酒店服務：前台接待態度ok，有問有答，幫忙代看行李 衞生： 不行，床品很糟糕，有血跡，毛巾有臭味，床架，傢俱都不咋地，沒有room service，廁紙不是給新的，是接下去用 地理位置：衹有這個優點，往後門走就是Prangin Mall, Komtar車站，1st Avenue Mall 注意⚠️：第一晚住Level 1, 凌晨兩點下水道聲音巨響，我還以為有👻 ；下午和凌晨時間一直有猛烈風吹門bang關門的巨響聲，還有小孩在走廊蹦蹦跳跳吵鬧。第一晚受不了連夜找訂房網站客服，第二天成功換房間在Level 2,整體比較好，但洗手間水龍頭是斷的🙄

廁所門好dirty,食完西瓜放入垃圾桶，一個鐘內會有螞蟻出現，泳池好細，要用按摩池來形容不過水質都算乾淨，但環境老舊，廁所板會動，說好會整到我離開都無整，不過員工好禮貌，有些東西都會處理好！床上用品乾淨！沖涼花晒有問題有更換。關門好大聲！

訂了三晚還不錯，即使是一人房，房間也比較闊。入住的房間全部設施都ok。服務也還可以。粉紅色主題很適合喜歡粉紅色的人來打卡，尤其是女生。唯一的缺點是沒有自己的泊車位，需要停在酒店後面收費的泊車場。

La habitación preciosa, pero ya. No tiene nada más , la piscina es muy pequeña aún que en las fotos se vea grande , voy a bañarme y me dicen que se está llenando que por la tarde estará llena, con una manguera de plástico que por lo menos tardarían un día o más en llenarla. En las habitaciones hay plagas de hormigas y arañas . Lo único que tiene de bonito es la decoración de la habitación, pero no merece nada la pena los 150€ que me he dejado, he estado 5 noches y por el precio de tantas noches no está mal, pero creo que por ese precio podría haber encontrado un hotel mejor y sin plaga de insectos , porque además de estar en la mesita de noche, también se metían en la cama y la verdad daba bastante asco. Ah por cierto, que no os engañen tampoco, la lavadora que ponen en fotos, no es para clientes, es para uso del hotel para lavar las sábanas, lo digo para que no os llevéis una decepción como me llevé yo pensando que pagando podría lavar mi ropa en el mismo hotel, te ponen unas fotos en la web y cuando llegas te comes un chasco, no repetiría. El trato estupendo, las personas fueron muy amables en todo momento, eso no lo quita nadie, un placer.

1.因遇到下雨ground樓層積水嚴重，要改善。飲水機的零件壞了未改善。 2.持外國護照到旅店時要收兩晚20元馬幣的旅遊稅，在訂房時Trip.Com沒有說明，給旅客困惑。 3.地理位置很方便是最大優點。

Very convenient in terms of location, central to everything I wanted to do. Easy parking at the front for my motorcycle. Quick and easy check in process. The mattress was a bit hard for me, but then again, I'm used to soft matresses. Everything is pink! Great value for the location.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel 🚫 First off, the air-conditioning was weak. As locals, we know how hot and humid Malaysia is — yet the AC took forever to cool the room. The hot water was also barely warm and took a long time before we could shower comfortably. There were visible stains and mould in a few areas, which I might still overlook considering the age of the building. But the real dealbreaker? A blackout on our second night. Around 12–1 AM, one of the circuits 訂房網站ped and affected some of the rooms (including ours) and the lobby. The front desk isn’t 24 hours, but they provided emergency contact numbers. We tried calling multiple times — no one ever picked up. Guests were left stranded, some pacing around looking for help, and some even left in the middle of the night to find another hotel. Eventually, a man (apparently staff from another nearby hotel who occasionally helps out here) contacted TNB, and the electricity only came back after 2 AM. Imagine being stuck in Malaysia’s heat with no AC for two hours in the middle of the night. When we checked out, we asked why the emergency numbers didn’t work. The staff admitted the number belongs to their “lady boss,” but it’s no longer in use. She even said she had already told the boss about this, but nothing was ever updated. Shockingly, I later read another review from months ago where a guest faced the same exact issue. Clearly, management doesn’t care. We also asked about compensation for the blackout, but as expected, staff brushed it off saying they don’t have authority to decide. Lessons Learned: 1. NEVER book a hotel that does not have a 24-hour front desk. 2. Always read reviews before booking, even for local 訂房網站s — we made the rookie mistake of assuming it would be fine. Bottom line: this place is mismanaged and unsafe. If you value peace of mind, look elsewhere.

Just right behind the TOPS building. Location is great, its walking distance to all spots in George Town. Place is ok tho a bit old. Room is in baby pink it hurts my eyes LOL Its cute tho. Only thing I did not like about my stay is the noise. Kids are running in the hallway 2 in the morning coming from the pool. AC noise is so loud but its not cooling the room.
