檳城龍城快捷酒店 (Cititel Express Penang)

員工很有禮貌尤其是Eric。 他幫我安排了舒服，寧靜靚景房。 讓我好好休息3夜住宿。 酒店房小了一點，只可以 一個行李。 乾淨，隔音好好。 只不過酒店門面就唔似酒店。

優點：酒店位置在GeorgeTown核心，整體樓層高隔音好，比較安靜，提前預訂價格美麗。 缺點：乞丐房面積小，轉身侷促，沒有寫字枱，衹有很窄的條桌，放電腦很麻煩。 硬傷：房間裡手機信號很差，Wi-Fi網速不太穩定

房間不算太大，不過勝在乾淨，裝修風格屬於原木風，房間沒有異味，梯控衹到住的樓層安全上還是不錯的；有兩孔 三孔插座； 酒店前後就是商場，步行3分鐘以內就可以到gama、1st avenuve 和thetop； 酒店對面就有 越南飯店、福祿壽餅店、四喜糖水、鍋加鍋、美鳳茶室，路口有711、昌隆咖啡。 整體不錯，給大家做參考。

房間超小，雪櫃衹有3吋深可冷藏飲料。這酒店不論日間或零晨時分均有超大噪音，第二天的零晨終紿受不了那從天花板而來的噪音，致電前台投訴不果，半小時後親自下樓直接投訴噪音，前台職員用偽語說房間巳全滿想打發我，直至我堅持對方向經理請示後，才勉強答應請示經理，及後承諾若再有噪音便更換房間，約15分鐘後噪膏持續，再到前台投訴並要求更換房閜，那時巳是零晨一點多，前台唯有更換房間，換房後差不多巳是二時多，但房問冷氣超微弱，控製版調至11度和大送風，完全不能操作，勉強入睡，不料早上6時多又傳來移動傢俱的噪音，推估是房務整理房間發生的，我的天，那有酒店在這時間去整理房間！我待噪音停了便勉強多睡1小時，於10多外出，離去時己按下燈號要整理房間，下午4時多回到酒店，發現房間並未有整理，備品也沒有補充，這是甚麼服務呀!另浴室門安裝久佳以致洗澡後水流至其它地方，超不便！這酒店真的不知所謂，設施每間有不同，第一間沒吹風機，第二間卻有吹風機，真莫明奇妙。房間衹適合一位旅客入住一個晚上，2位旅客則絕不建議入住。

已多次入住，雖房間細小，因地理環境方便往各地點遊覽及品嘗美食。 所以如再次到訪檳城George Town,我會再預訂這酒店。

Affordable and reasonable stay. Basic necessities like toothbrush and other essentials are provided. Iron board can be found along the corridor. Great location in Georgetown, everything is within walking distance. The only downside is WiFi connection bad, others are great, suitable stay for short 訂房網站.

位置絕佳，前後都有大型商場超市。樓下各種市井美食更是數不勝數。三條街夜市步行5分鐘。房內設施齊全。麻雀雖小，五臟俱全。

While the facilities are basic, guests didn’t mention major complaints beyond the room size     . ⚠️ Noise & Thin Walls Light sleepers should be aware: the rooms tend to have minimal soundproofing, and sounds from neighbouring rooms or the corridor can be noticeable   

super convenient to many famous places, love the location. The hotel provide free parking that save my time n money. The hotel also provide drinking water in each floor 👍 The bad thing was the sound proof not really meet my expectations which can heard the walkway noise n next door toilet flashing sound.
