環境很美，入住塔樓，白天醒來就在雲霧裡。雲散後山巒景色一流，樓下是高爾夫球場。酒店有免費班車到纜車站（也是大巴站和奧特萊斯），非常方便。打車五分鐘就到梧桐家也，本地飲食很多。喜歡玩機動遊戲的可以到雲頂那邊。纜車途徑清水寺（可以説是雲頂老闆家廟吧），下纜車坐扶手電梯就到，比較民間特色，不要當正信佛教道場。

地點不錯，剛好在半山，附近有一個地方（梧桐再野）很多東西吃，有一個Premium outlet裡面很多精品在賣。房間設施很乾凈，除了門口需要注意下，一直會不小心碰到玻璃窗。煲水壺發現有螞蟻，衹好出去買瓶裝水了。發現在reception旁邊可以裝水。

從辦理入住開始前台就死陰不陽的態度，到了房間之後發現房間裡連喝水的水杯都沒有但是給的確是圖裡這樣的水，那個水喝了一口之後感覺怪怪的的就仔細看了一眼發現裡面居然是渾濁的差點沒把我噁心死，然後這麼大的酒店居然沒有自己的洗衣服務本來問了在走廊裡看見的一個客房部的工作人員她説要去前台壓300RM 然後當天因為已經超過10要第二天下午才能拿到我説沒問題正常都是這樣的，我特意跑去前台壓錢的時候前台又説你那個房間就要了三晚拿去洗應該拿不回來還是去自助洗衣機裡洗吧... 還有就是早餐真的很簡單... 最讓我生氣的是我退房前一晚我打電話給禮賓部要一雙筷子她推給我説讓我問客房部我打給客房部的時候她們又説她們沒有讓我問前台我問前台前台又説沒有... 其實他們前台對面就是他們自己酒店裡的一個餐廳那裡就有就死活不願意幫忙去拿一下退一萬步講就假設真的沒有筷子是不是該問一句要不要叉子之類的就一句沒有！一千多一晚的酒店就受了一肚子氣，要定這裡的可以避避坑服務態度沒有服務意識也沒有！這是我第一次在訂房網站些差評，真的越想越氣！

別墅超出預期，兩張大床可以四個人一起住有四份免費早餐，房間設施完善，有兩個獨立衞生間，洗漱用品都有，最令人驚喜的還有大冰箱和製冰機，朋友小酌聚會的不二之選，和朋友的雲頂之行很快樂，多人出行非常推薦別墅房型！

衞生間的味道太臭了，薰的腦袋疼，其次，酒店在半山腰，半山腰，要做巴士在去上面做纜車，這是巴士時間，酒店服務人員都挺好的

I stayed at Awana Resort for 3 days. The room was big and clean, which is a plus point, and the warm pool was enjoyable. It’s a good place if your main purpose is golfing or shopping at the Premium Outlet — the free shuttle service is convenient. However, if you plan to spend most of your time at Genting Resort for shopping, dining, or entertainment, it can be inconvenient. You’ll need to take either the cable car or a Grab. I preferred Grab, as it’s cheaper, especially when travelling with a group. Breakfast was average — the milk for oats wasn’t cold, and there weren’t many vegetables for the salad (only one type at the counter). One unpleasant experience was getting locked out of my room on the second day after a tiring day. Both key cards failed, and I had to walk all the way to the reception. There was no explanation or apology from the staff, which was disappointing. Overall, a decent stay if you’re there for golf or outlet shopping, but less ideal if your plans revolve around Genting Resort attractions.

Overall, the experience is quite good, and the check-in process is quick. The shuttle service to the Genting Premium Outlet runs on time. Breakfast is so-so, but it offers a variety of foods and drinks with the best golf view while enjoying your meal. Just to highlight one thing, I think the front desk employees didn't explain much about where the breakfast area is or the check-out time, so we had to ask. I hope this can be improved.

!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL - BED BUGS !!! Terrible Experience – Bed Bugs & No Accountability My partner got bed bug bites during our stay and provided photos + a doctor’s note to the hotel. It’s been 3 days with no response, and they refuse to refund me. Bed bugs are a serious health and hygiene issue, and the lack of urgency in addressing this matter is appalling. Photos attached show that the bites are consistent with bed bug bite patterns. Completely unacceptable for a resort of this standard. Avoid if you value cleanliness and proper customer service.
