The instructions for check in are not clear. Respond from contact person quite slow. I have problem to get the key, mailbox code cannot use to open the mailbox. The unit we stay is very simple and clean, no interesting deco. Only basic equipment. Have problem with water heater, so they offer me another unit. The new unit we have problem with the tv, got picture but no sound.

Kami amat berpuas hati menginap di sini walaupun hanya semalam. Lokasi berdekatan dengan deretan kedai makanan/restoran dan suasana yang nyaman. Kami check in agak lewat (11.00 pm) kerana tersangkut kat jem tetapi hos amat bertanggungjawab dalam membantu menguruskan check-in secara self service.
Bilik bersih dan tersusun. Cuma kami dapati kebersihan sekitar agak kurang memuaskan terutama lobi lif, kawasan lot parking dan passage yang agak berdebu mungkin disebabkan kesan aktiviti pembinaan berhampiran.

check in process not friendly. The owner should inform early the procedure of self check. I just infm about no check in counter by the security guard who also dont know the owner. After several attempt call then I got the instruction via whatsapp. This instruction SHOULD be inform very much earlier send out to me.

The security is really bad. As soon as we entered, a security guard asked us for the room number, and he showed him the room number that the owner gave us. He told us to go straight to the third parking space. 082 My husband took the car. After parking, we went up to 12 o'clock in the evening and there were loud shouts and loud slams on the door. We dared to open the door in the middle of the night! Went to pick up the car the next morning when I was packing up to go back who knew the wheels were locked by security! I contacted Baoan and they said they needed 50 ringgits to unlock the door. I had no choice but to give it to them and asked why the door was not opened when we called last night! 🙄 It's 12:00 in the middle of the night and it's on the mountain again 🙄😢

호텔에 들어가는데 유닛넘버가 필요한데 호텔측에서 받은 연락이 없어 출입이 제한되어 호텔입구에서 한참을 기다리다 겨우 해결이 되어 둘어갔습니다. 세명이 쓰기에 작지는 앉았지만 침구와 호텔 물품들이 깨끗하다는 느낌을 주지 않았습니다. 다시 이용하지는 않을것 같네요

Bilik keseluruhan ok..sangat besar semua..barang complete..
Yang tak ok bila dh deposit rm200 bila time untuk refund balik deposit sangat lambat..
Saya dah 3 hari balik dati genting tak dapat duit..kata y sistem ada problem..boleh guna cara lain kot untuk pulang kan duit customer..pergi la mesin ATM bukan dekat citu tak ade bank.
