喜歡這家酒店前台服務好酒店乾淨步行10分分鐘就有各大小吃的小店與中國超市 41樓泳和風景更讓我們感受出了大自然家裡大小也很喜歡

客廳很大，兩個房間都不大，放不了中型行李箱，風景倒是不錯的。整幢大樓倒是好幾間酒店民宿合在一起的，共用停車場和泳池各種設施。

酒店整體老實説，應該不到5星級標準，床和枕頭的舒適度尚可，而且如果沒穿衣服睡，會有一點點癢。最嚇人的是，毛巾是骯臟的，我已經附上照片，是清晰可見的。

I love about the cleanliness, the big apartment style hotel. Love everything about staycation. Good breakfast. One thing dissapoint me and family members is that slow and 2-3 units of malfunction elevator. I have to climb stairs from level 22 till 30 with my baby for the cause of elevator. Then whenever i go out also need to wait 30 minutes every time. So exhausting about elevator. The picture attached show sky avenue that bit relieve my stress after arrive there.

Location — good, a short walk (uphill) to many restaurants and marts. Staff — very warm and friendly and welcoming Room — basic, no balcony (view of the mountains), no basic things like; ‘do not disturb’ sign, tea spoon to make coffee, glasses (for drinks) — they had two coffee mugs. Breakfast — good spread and tasty. Rooftop deck — great spot to lepak with an uninterrupted view of Genting Highlands. Verdict : 8/10 (mainly due to staff, location and breakfast)

Visited here again due to recent Sunset by Neon event. Quite strategic location as the shuttle company also offer location pickup/dropoff to allow us travel to the event space without hassle. Look how’s the friendly service, room arrangement and the breakfast is tasty too. Highly recommended if you have some short gate away. 👍

酒店位置不錯，距離纜車站四五公里，叫車方便。衞生一般，有未清洗的水杯，一間房洗手間水盆下水阻塞，總體上能接受。房間較寬敞，基本舒適。酒店加床被子需要加收35馬幣，不合理。早餐不錯。總體好評。

Overall, my stay at the hotel was very good and quite comfortable. The amenities were excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful — they quickly arranged a room change to provide a better view and promptly provided extra blankets when requested, which made my experience even more pleasant. Although the Wi-Fi stopped working on the second day and the laundry service was a bit expensive, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall excellent experience.
