Deluxe room 冇冷氣，轉standard room先有，但又冇窗，又冇熱水，而投訴但冇用，還住了4天，今次真攞命。😤

酒店房間大，由於就在雲頂上面，所以走路就可以去逛街跟去**。 但服務人員態度很不好，由於在辦入住跟他們說我不要連接房，他們說好已安排， 結果上樓後發現是連接房，只好又下樓跟他們說，然後他們讓我等了超過半小時。 另外若沒有第二個陪同入住，這間酒店不準給第二張房卡，自己睡一間房的可能要注意此點。(代表你出門時房卡一取出就斷電，沒有第二張房卡插著)

No wifi in room. Hotel abit outdated. Service of the staff is polite and good. Had abit of problem looking for the hotel from bus terminal as there is no proper signage to the hotel. No shaver in room provided but can get from the housekeeping staff. Sound proofing is not good. Can hear next door talking loudly and the announcement from theme park is loud. View is fantastic. Drinks from the convenient store at lobby is more expensive than 7-11 store.

Room had a smell. Lots of insects found in room. Hotel was too old although it was refurbished. Pillows were really too soft and not comfortable at all.

Location was prime, but the front desk receptionist lady was really messed up. I booked the none smoking room, she gave me smoking room with the farest room from the lift. It was very unpleasant experience & the amenities was also sucks. They provide just 1 single sop to wash body, hair and everything! There was no hair conditioner or hair tie even at all. Other than location, I don’t suggest this place at all, it’s a very old hotel with lousy customer service.
