I seldom do review but I think I have to do one for this. Location: around 2km from Genting Permai township, the road is uneven and felt I ride my car in the off road, due to a major construction site just next to the homestay. Car park is a bit dark. Environment: located at second floor, therefore bear in mind there’s some noise from the ground floor. The room is a bit smelly, and found many ants on the floor. Two additional mattresses found inside the wardrobe, but it’s extremely thin. The twin mattress at one of the “room” (covered by a curtain) suspected unclean. My nephew’s body is itchy and looks a bit serious (refer to the pic) Last but not least, take about one day to refund my deposit after I pass them my account number. Last but not least, the kettle and hairdryer were not functioning ☺️

1. The description was for 2 rooms but it’s actually only 1 room.. 1 room with door and another ‘room’ with no door. There’s a curtain to close the ‘room’ and only have small table fan for the ‘room’ so it’s quite hot. 2.The room was in front of a construction site..If you dont mind hearing lorry going in & out it’s fine. 3.Our room was at tower 1 but the reserved parking was at tower 3. Since it’s far, we just parked at the visitor parking & another car we park at the street parking in front of the guard house. They will give u 1 reserved parking, 1 visitor parking and there’s street parking outside the condo (1st come, 1st served). 4.There’s microwave, water heater, fridge, cooking utensils, bowl, plates & cutleries which is nice. 5.The check in & check out experience was smooth as house owner provides fast response to any of your inquiries via whatsapp. 6.They require room deposit of rm200 prior checking in & will return within 24hours after check out.

For family traveller by own car, maximum 2 car are allowed to park inside. From main road to this apartment quite small however it is still possible to through by Car.
