We still rated 5 stars as our stay was great overall. Just wanted to let you know that even though the "DO NOT DISTRUB" sign was on, my friend saw staff and the manager opening her door room. Nothing was missing. The air conditioner also couldn't be adjusted, but everything else was fine.

The staff is very rude . Since our room is not ready yet so we had to dropped our baggage at the concierge storage but the staff was rude . I had to keep some of my stuff in the luggage so I had open it there and not long after people start coming to keep luggage he started saying in a rude way say “ long queue already behind Aiyo “ FYI it took less than a minute. Instead of how he’s been treating us he could’ve told us in a good manner or could’ve just ask us to move away there’s a long queue the way he said it very rude and gave us look . That’s not all! When I went back to take something from my luggage ONEEE TIME . I ask him politely can you help me take my luggage out i need to take something out of it . FYI there’s only 1 small luggage that was kept there . But he asked me to go in the storage room to take it myself. But that’s ok I didn’t mind . When I was inside the storage room . He spoke in Malay with one of his colleagues saying “ tak faham Kenapa dia ni keluar masuk” so I confronted him why did you say I come in and out when this is my first and only time coming in to take out stuff from my luggage. They thought I don’t understand Malay . The staff attitude is very rude very bad customer service for a 4 star hotel . Hotel is not cheap I paid 800++ per night for 3 room . I don’t expect to be treated this way with a 4/5 star hotel in genting . Very disappointed

Not recommended.
Long Q to pre register 訂房網站 booking onto their system. Was pushed to many location. After queueing fir an hour, the one and only counter could not find the booking even though I presented 訂房網站.com confirmation email.
In the end was referred to the check-in counter that was empty. The lady made a check and remarked can find 訂房網站.com confirmation email why they said cannot. I stared at her.
Why didn’t they allow me to check-in at the counter when I first approached them. Instead I was referred to the pre-registration (OTA) counter which has a long Q.
My paid room was the same as those free room that genting offered to its members.

Booked a king size bed room And hotel gave me a twin bed when I was there.
When I complained to 訂房網站, 訂房網站’s staff ruined my day by asking me to resolve it with the hotel myself.
I am a consumer whom bought a product from 訂房網站.com and 訂房網站.com is taking the easy way out to ruin my trust and asking me to solve a mistake of 訂房網站.com.
Bloody ridiculous platform who has screwed up 2 of my hotel stays in 2 week. The first problem occurred when I was in KL and this time is the second time. I never had this problem with other platforms
