    這次入住雲頂Antara民宿整體體驗非常滿意。民宿環境乾淨整潔，裝修風格現代溫馨，房間空間寬敞，設施齊全，床鋪舒適，讓人住得非常放鬆。陽台風景很好，可以看到雲頂山景和夜景，早晚空氣清新，非常適合度假放鬆。房東也很熱情，溝通順暢，入住和退房都很方便。民宿位置也不錯，去雲頂商場和景點都比較方便，打車很快就能到。整體來説性價比很高，非常適合朋友或家人一起入住，下次來雲頂還會選擇這裡，也會推薦給身邊的朋友。

    1. Booking shows 3 King Bed, actual received 1 King 2 Queen bed. Differ from original advertised. 2. Shower drain is always choking, poor design of drainage system. 3. Jacuzzi temperature is not working, can’t heat up the water. 4. Hot water supply for showering is intermittent. Expect cold water coming out. 5. Lift is slow, and multiple waits required.

    The entire place is extremely dirty, and it is obvious that proper housekeeping has not been carried out. On top of that, the bathroom drainage is completely blocked — every time I start showering, the water backs up and causes flooding. I have already reported this, but being told that it will be “informed to the housekeeping company” is not a sufficient response.

    這次入住體驗真的非常滿意！從踏入酒店大堂開始，就能感受到環境整潔明亮，裝修風格溫馨大氣，給人一種放鬆舒適的感覺。前台工作人員服務熱情周到，辦理入住高效又貼心，還耐心解答了我的問題。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果很好，晚上休息得特別安心。衞生間沒有異味，熱水充足，洗漱用品也很齊全。酒店地理位置便利，周邊餐飲和交通都很方便。整體性價比非常高，無論是商務出行還是旅遊入住都很合適。下次還會選擇這裡，也會推薦給朋友。真的值得五星好評！
