超級不推薦，雖然説地理位置還可以。 第一，一進大門就有一股黴臭味，剛開始以為是雲頂潮濕就沒多想，結果發現是廁所積水導致的，請看圖一。當天我們是3.30pm左右抵達房子的，3.40pm立刻反映了這個問題，但是沒有任何迴應，一直到一小時後才説通知了technician。聊天記錄請看圖二。 第二，一家人開開心心去走街到半夜回來，發現其中一間房間窗戶開始滲水，床也多少被濺水了。請看圖三圖四。大半夜能理解沒有客服能夠處理這個問題，所以又發了一個訊息通知他們。但是一樣到早上工作時間也沒有人回覆我該怎麼處理，一直到我主動再次發訊息才回復。聊天記錄請看圖五。 第三，整個房子沒有一個廁所是能夠正常出熱水的，導致我們一家老小在大冷天洗了兩天的冷水澡。同樣，反應了問題，也嘗試了安排人過來看，但是由於時間上的問題，我們一家人都不在房間裡，最後沒有一個問題得到解決。請看圖六。 總結，整體體驗超級差，有問題不能立刻得到有效解決方案，説好的deposit refund 也要我們去催才會退款。請看圖七。

Subject: Formal Complaint and Request for Partial Refund – Antara By QHome (Booking via 訂房網站) Dear 訂房網站 Customer Service, I would like to formally lodge a complaint and request a PARTIAL REFUND for my recent stay at Antara By QHome, which I booked through 訂房網站. I chose and paid for this unit because it was advertised as a luxury fully furnished accommodation with a private jacuzzi. However, during my stay, the jacuzzi was not functioning at all. When switched on, it caused the main electrical supply to 訂房網站, making it completely unusable. This was one of the key facilities and main reasons I selected this property. The failure to provide this advertised facility constitutes misrepresentation of the listing and failure to deliver the paid service. In addition, I experienced very poor support from the property management: • The person in charge / owner was very slow to respond or did not respond at all • Phone calls were not answered when assistance was needed • The maintenance arranged did not resolve the issue • The call center / support team was not helpful and did not provide an effective solution This situation significantly affected my holiday experience. I paid a premium price for a luxury accommodation but did not receive the service and facilities as advertised. Under 訂房網站’s accommodation service standards, guests are entitled to receive the facilities that were advertised and paid for. Since the jacuzzi was not usable and the service support was unsatisfactory, I believe a partial refund is justified and reasonable compensation. I have supporting evidence, including videos and photos showing the jacuzzi malfunction and the electrical 訂房網站 issue, which I can provide upon request. Therefore, I respectfully request 訂房網站’s assistance to: 1. Investigate this matter with the property owner 2. Arrange a reasonable PARTIAL REFUND as compensation I trust 訂房網站 will handle this matter professionally and protect customer rights. If this matter cannot be resolved fairly and promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this case to 訂房網站 senior management and file a formal consumer complaint with the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) Malaysia, as well as submit formal reviews on public platforms. I look forward to your prompt resolution. Thank you.

Very good location for this Homestay to Genting. Driving 5min, walking arond 15 min have Escalater to help short the Distance.. Security System easy and safety. And 1min minit with Lift from Homestay, can arrived Bila Bila Mart to buy Daily use and food.. Some more can walking inside the Antara Mall.. Alot of Food and Beverages shop are open already. Taste good the food also..

Had a really great travel with friend. The room very very clean. Than the location perfect also, facilities full and well. is a calm and quiet place, but with easy access to everything in Genting. With a 24 hour link bridge to the temple and ******. Lastly and most importance, the room really made us HENG ONG HUAT 😆😆 WIN WIN in Genting🤩

I really recommend this cold and wonderful places. everything is new and clean .But be careful to not beark anything, and cant over 8pax stay .Person in charge reminded , hahaha lucky we booked 2 units 9pax. Level 2,3 , and others more many facility, not enough time to Enjoy. Next time will choose more days stay. good for Big family stay together , I will be back. 🫶

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

Location is good, walkable to the genting skyworld with a convenient bridge. Just very minimum amenities at the unit and the floor feels like a little bit dirty. But the room is new and has a comfortable bed. Check in process was smooth as wel

The unit is quite a distance to walk to Genting , is a challenge for old folks. Somemore there link bridge will closed after 11pm so you need to find your way to back to the unit. The unit is good condition and consider convenient as ground floor has few restaurant and convenient store. The bathrooms did not prepare doormat. Any questions or requirements need to wait for owner one day or more to reply. the reply only quick when asking for deposit. The owner was asking for deposit and stated to be refund after the day check out but no message reply already after 2 days. Still follow up with owner.
