(NaiBnB @ Antara Genting)

The environment is really nice and the cleanliness of the place is really clean. And the view is a must I loved it. Enjoyed it with my partner and it’s such a peaceful pleasant

We loved that NaiBnB provided us with updates regarding our room a few hours before we arrived, and promptly responded whenever we had an enquiry. Upon reaching the property around 3–4pm, we understood that it was a weekend, so there were a lot of people checking in. The line was especially long at the lobby where we were checking in, and when we finally got to the front desk, the receptionist told us that we could simply show our booking to the security guard, who had been free pretty much the entire time. Although we received instructions on how to check in and collect our keys via email prior to our arrival, we felt that what could have made the process faster and smoother was a clear indication of where guests should queue and who they should show their booking to, depending on which agency they booked through. For example, if a guest booked through an Airbnb-type platform instead of a hotel booking, there could be a separate queue, so everyone can check in as soon as possible. However, despite queuing for so long, when we got to our apartment, we were still happy because we finally got to rest after a long drive in the cold weather. The apartment was pretty, and the view was beautiful as well, especially at night when the clouds had cleared. The street lights along the roads, the cable cars running, and the lights from SkyWorld were all nice to look at. The apartment had all the amenities one needs, except for the washer and dryer. We wanted to use them, but we could not find any detergent or softener. Maybe we were supposed to bring or purchase our own. We didn’t get to use the hotel facilities. We wanted to go down to the indoor pool as I heard it was a heated pool, but we couldn’t fit swimming time into our plans. Maybe next time! We would definitely love to stay at Antara Genting again.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. I really appreciated the comfortable environment and the high standard of cleanliness. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay, and I was very satisfied with the service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Genting Highlands. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!
