Antara Genting的公寓房間不錯，一切設備還算齊全，有洗衣機和烘乾機，雖然烘乾機要用幾個小時才能好，幸好還可以使用。 另外房間唯一的缺點就是熱水器，需要比較長時間預熱，而且一打開熱水，水就會變得很小，冷水的水量就正常，但是這麼冷的天氣還沖冷水澡真的很可怕😨 總得來説，除了洗衣液、洗手液、洗碗精沒有refill外，其他的都不錯，房間也很冷，不需要開風扇。

房型裝修風格新穎，環境優美、衞生一般、服務品質一般。2:00辦理入住酒店後，一進門看到房間一團亂，之前住客留下的垃圾沒丟，房間的床單沒換…希望酒店能夠更好的改進服務和衞生質量。越來越好！

When we checked in around 4:00 PM, the hotel room was not clean. The cleaner only arrived about an hour later, and there was only one cleaner assigned. Cleaning took nearly two hours and was completed only around 7:30 PM. Overall, we are not satisfied with the compensation offered. A refund of RM120 for the cleaning service was agreed upon, but we have yet to receive it. This was our first booking, and unfortunately, it was a bad experience.

The service apartment is located on top Antara Mall. The mall is currently minimally occupied with almost nil halal restaurant. The incoming restaurant looks also non halal so be sure to check again. The service apartment has multiple operators and the biggest is Sleeping Lion which can share access to the apartment paid facilities and can offer discounted parking. NaiBnB didn't have these.

The customer service was good and helpful. Stay at Antara during peak holiday season and this BnB service was very fast. The customer service listen to our needs attentively 👍🏻. The room as per advertised and very nice with home and hotel vibes making me ensure to throw the rubbish and sweep the floor before leaving. The location are great and I will definitely stays here again.
