準時2pm到達酒店，拿到房卡進門一看， 根本還沒清理乾淨為下一位guest的我們。 骯臟不堪， 很亂。 跟房東投訴後，協商是免費upgraded我們去大房。大房也是在打掃中，幸好不需要等很久。 房間大，可惜有點打掃得不乾淨。枕頭很硬 難入眠。 整個房間竟然沒有提供臉紙巾。 入住感一般般。 沒有好體驗感， 也不至於差。

意外性很漂亮，我覺得空間挺大，又有很多設備可以用，環境乾淨，風景也漂亮，我特別喜歡那個陽台 很舒服.下次有機會，還會回來這邊.

酒店設備舒服齊全完善，物超所值。得唯有美中不足之處，就是要走一段路才能到達往來酒店與雲頂之間。（大約13-15分鐘）對於家中年紀較大的有些吃力。酒店是無可挑剔的。一般朋友，同事，閨蜜及大家庭的， 我會極力推薦是不錯的選擇。

The staff was incredibly welcoming and surprised us with a free room upgrade. The upgraded room was huge, modern, and featured a fantastic Jacuzzi at the balcony. The room was quiet, well-appointed, and the daily housekeeping was excellent. The kids’ facilities here are top-notch—the kids’ club kept them entertained for hours. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area!

I had an amazing stay at Antara Genting! The place was incredibly cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. Great location, close to the SkyAvenue car park. There's also a link bridge with walking access to Genting Highlands and Chin Swee Temple. The unit is modern and high-end, and the balcony offers an amazing view. The mall below has limited food options for now, but that's understandable as it's still new. Overall, a great stay!
