準時2pm到達酒店，拿到房卡進門一看， 根本還沒清理乾淨為下一位guest的我們。 骯臟不堪， 很亂。 跟房東投訴後，協商是免費upgraded我們去大房。大房也是在打掃中，幸好不需要等很久。 房間大，可惜有點打掃得不乾淨。枕頭很硬 難入眠。 整個房間竟然沒有提供臉紙巾。 入住感一般般。 沒有好體驗感， 也不至於差。

意外性很漂亮，我覺得空間挺大，又有很多設備可以用，環境乾淨，風景也漂亮，我特別喜歡那個陽台 很舒服.下次有機會，還會回來這邊.

酒店設備舒服齊全完善，物超所值。得唯有美中不足之處，就是要走一段路才能到達往來酒店與雲頂之間。（大約13-15分鐘）對於家中年紀較大的有些吃力。酒店是無可挑剔的。一般朋友，同事，閨蜜及大家庭的， 我會極力推薦是不錯的選擇。

位置很好，非常適合帶小孩來！下次還會選擇這裡！

The environment & apartment is nice! Nice view at balcony. However, there is noises of washing machine for the entire noon, and weird sound from second toilet(might be water pump?) make us whole night cant sleep well.

It was a Nightmare booking at this apartment! Would strongly suggest that you book from another operator or place to stay to avoid having to face the same ordeal as me! Here's my honest review on this place with media attached! Firstly, the location what we thought was slightly better to get to SkyAvenue, it took around 20min+ walk to there, yes pure walking no elevator or anything instead of the advertised 14 min walk. If you plan on driving yes its slightly convenient, being a 6 mins drive, however, if you need to go back, do take note that you would have to go a big round all the way to halfpoint of the mountain to go back, with a very sharp uturn point, going downslope and immediately upslope. Worst part is they count parking as 5rm/entry/day even though you are a guest. So when you park lets say 11pm - next day 10am, it would count as 2 days because it resets at 12am! Cleanliness? Almost non existent! From stained towels to in complete set of utensils to even broken down cabinetry, that the wood has rotted and barely held together with masking tape! Lastly the sheets were very itchy and moist! None of the towels were clean all had either dark stains or hair still attached to them! I don't even want to imagine what the brownish stains where, you guys can see in the pictures! Carpet was also stained, with patches of black spots, not sure if its stained or something worse! The toilet dont have a working venitlation fan, as such toilet is constantly damp and it doesnt help that bathtub leaks constantly! Service? Slow replies, to later avoiding accountability and complete isolation! When asked about things as advertised, not only the pictures, I even took the initiative to message them personally to confirm the bed arrangements and all before booking, they confirmed something that is non-existent there! Can see images for proof! Come on why do you need to resort to such tactics to get bookings? Facilities? Want to use the bathtub? The drainage knob can't be turned fully so you had to kinda manually push it in for it to partially seal, with leaks. The other rooms and facilities require prebooking, not stated on listing at all! Leaving you with just the pool. The only saving grace is its above a mall, however, many shops are still closed and only a few basic retails are opened, better off traveling to skyavenue area instead! The host is really unhelpful, and apparently considers a normal sofa, not a sofa bed a "futon" unlike advertised and asked in chat, with "3 FUTON BEDS", and later ghosts you when confronted! Seriously unprofessional, I had to stay up till the wee hours of the night to contact support, luckily we can count on Trip instead of such malicous hosts! Really ruined my holiday!

Thank you very much. The host was very kind, friendly, and easy to communicate with. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. There were plenty of extra mattresses and pillows provided, which made our stay even more convenient and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to others!
