準時2pm到達酒店，拿到房卡進門一看， 根本還沒清理乾淨為下一位guest的我們。 骯臟不堪， 很亂。 跟房東投訴後，協商是免費upgraded我們去大房。大房也是在打掃中，幸好不需要等很久。 房間大，可惜有點打掃得不乾淨。枕頭很硬 難入眠。 整個房間竟然沒有提供臉紙巾。 入住感一般般。 沒有好體驗感， 也不至於差。

酒店設備舒服齊全完善，物超所值。得唯有美中不足之處，就是要走一段路才能到達往來酒店與雲頂之間。（大約13-15分鐘）對於家中年紀較大的有些吃力。酒店是無可挑剔的。一般朋友，同事，閨蜜及大家庭的， 我會極力推薦是不錯的選擇。

I had an amazing stay at Antara Genting! The place was incredibly cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Genting. The amenities were excellent, and everything was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a comfortable stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend Antara Genting to anyone looking for a comfortable, cozy, and enjoyable place to stay. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Great location, close to the SkyAvenue car park. There's also a link bridge with walking access to Genting Highlands and Chin Swee Temple. The unit is modern and high-end, and the balcony offers an amazing view. The mall below has limited food options for now, but that's understandable as it's still new. Overall, a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in very easy. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Feels modern, new yet cozy for the family. Kids fell asleep on the sofa with the cool highland breeze blowing in from the balcony. Aircon redundant! Superb view of the hills and cool foggy air. Kitchenette well stocked with utensils. Can travel light since there's a washer/dryer provided for laundry. Regret not staying longer as not enough time to explore all the facilities available. From heated indoor pool, bowling, arcade, darts, simulated golf , cigar room, trampoline. Suitable from toddlers to seniors. Link to Genting sky ave is convenient 15-20 walk but have to be fit as the walk fr Antara to Sky Ave is uphill. Despite the Aircon climate we were sweating. Walk back to Antara is a breeze as it's downhill. Overall we love this place.
